The evidence for this has been posted. Now if you've made up a different "God" in every way contradicting what actual God has dictated through The Prophets you need to show your source. I have read The Bible and know what God says about Himself. If you have a context explaining what God meant by "evil" or "hate" you do need to show it.

A. You can accept that the Scripture is correct when it says that EVERYONE who does not believe in Jesus and has not been baptized goes to Hell. No exclusion for babies.

B. You can reach the conclusion that the Scripture is wrong when it says that EVERYONE who does not believe in Jesus and has not been baptized goes to Hell. That means there are lies and contradictions in the Scripture, and that means all of it could be wrong - maybe there is no God after all?

Im glad you now accept God as He has revealed Himself to be. Over the years people can drift away from a true understanding, sometimes because they are deceived by new ideas or sometimes just because they do things God has commanded us not to do.

I'm sure you can think of examples of both those.

In both cases, to inform us and to correct us, God must know what He's talking about. People who contradict Him either don't. know what they're talking about or are deliberately teaching falsehood.

I'm really encouraged to see how you're willing to search the Scriptures and to consider that you may have thought something not supported by God. There's plenty of things where God leaves decisions up to us, what type of olive oil to use, whether to buy a Ford or a horse, all sorts of things! But some things He has set out very clearly so that we will understand. These are the important things.

One of those things is that Christians do not practise evil. He even tells us what constitutes evil. Contradicting God is one of those things. On topics where He's offered no advice the choice is ours. There are other areas where advice is offered but no commandment made. One example is where Paul, discussing marriage and celibacy, gives some advice:

I Corinthians 7:10-16 Unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife. But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away. And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy. But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace. I can think of a reason of a person or company contradicting God Benny Hill. Benny his is known for his so called healing crusades. He had a television show which aired in over one hundred countries.


He owns a private jet and is very wealthy. The reason why this contradicts God is because God didnt intend for humans to live that rich.


When jesus delivered dealt with that rich young ruler in Mark 10:17-25 Jesus told him to sell all he has and give it to the poor, hes disheartened and goes away because he has alot of possessions.


Prosperity gospel always contradicts this verse as Christians are not supposed to be mega wealthy donors or preachers but they dont care because they are only in it for themselves.

Staying with The New Testament for the moment and considering the state of that rich young ruler's unregenerate soul, as we know it to be from his response to Christ's words, it is likely that his riches and his great possessions were not obtained ethically. He said he'd kept the commandments and Jesus did not dispute that but much of his wealth (as a ruler) would be inherited and however well behaved he was personally there could still be people suffering from the actions of tyrants (in a previous generation) whose actions had increased the young ruler's assets, in that case assets he'd inherited. Recompense would be appropriate, then, but Jesus did not say any of that: it's just an illustration from me. What Jesus did. say is this:

from Mark 10 Go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

When given a choice he chose to praise God even though he lost everything in fact not only did he lose everything got boils as well.

Job's prosperity was restored. Job 1:1-3; 42:12-16 We don't know what happened to the rich young ruler.
