What kind of horrible introduction is this? Read the instructions at the top of the page and tell us your favorite Bible verse (make sure it's from the KJV 1611 one), what church you attend, and how you found Jesus.
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

I will study the Bible on my own. I found Jesus Christ through the word of God - the Bible.

Welcome friend - which verses in particular touch you the most?
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

Hello and to our forum! Great choice of a favorite verse! Especially if you keep reading:

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Indeed - God loves us all so much that He'll send most of humanity to hell - including all people who were born into different religious traditions and never exposed to Christianity, as well as children born to Christian parents, who died before they were able to understand the Word of God and accept Jesus as their Savior.
God created fossils to test our faith.

I think you should read our syllabus for
new posters as written by Pastor Billy-Reuben. It really explains all you need to know as far as our beliefs. It also outlines what is expected as far as your behavior on these forums.

                  Here are
your rights as articulated by Dr. Enobarbus.

New members are requested to make an
                  introduction for themselves.

                  We always encourage everyone to
back up all claims with scripture from the Holy Bible.

Chances are the question you want to have answered has been asked before. I would be sure to use the search function before diving head first into people who are tired of hearing the same question over and over.

Welcome to our friendly, non-judgemental forum, where doing what God wants is smart!

Well, I see that you've managed to follow my friendly, detailed instructions for the most part, dear Miss Konstantin; but, you have neglected to provide us with the information which I so colorfully requested in my earlier message to you:

The introduction forum Attention Unsaved Trash: This the ONLY subforum you can start threads in. Here is where you introduce yourself. Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

I must point out that we study only the blessed here at , and we have no time for those other watered-down versions. It is my prayer that you will come to know the as your personal , as we study Holy Word, here at .

Now, then, how can you hope for "useful communication" when you are missing the important, but cordial, requests that we ask of you? Communication is like a two-way street, you know -- we ask, and you provide. When you ask, you will find that we more than happy to supply you with the facts that you need to know to avoid burning in for all of eternity, as outlined within the glorious pages of the blessed .

Now, then, shall we try again, Miss Konstantin? Once more:

Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

A cautious welcome to God’s favourite forum. You must excuse my caution but in recent months God mockers have seen fit to join our forum en mass with the intent of to ride rough shod over our most cherished beliefs 😡

Only last week a poster professed to sleeping with men and that being ‘alright with God’

When challenged with Leviticus 20:13 he responded with a litany of abuse describing such acts as rimming, filching, coffee cream parties, brown hat gatherings, teabagging, trouser bantering and all sorts of devilish anally oriented pursuits.

Fortunately the JesOS flagged those words and redacted them because young folks read these pages (under appropriate guidance from parents or an uncle).

When did you start your walk in Christ?

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Why have you been "researching" the Bible for a quarter of a century? You either read it and obey it (ALL of it)or you read it and play around with it to fit your own self-serving agenda.

The only people that I have ever heard of who "research" the Bible are those trying to prove it wrong in some way. And if it were wrong in some way, one would think that it would take less than 25 years to figure that out.

Hi .. Welcome to the forum.

The Bible is so important, sometimes described as God's handbook for life. Those who accept Salvation are rewarded but to understand what that means it's necessary to understand The Bible. Jesus explained how to go about that. Obsessing over arcane points of theology or applying cryptic interpretations to "understand" what God "really meant" is not included. Jesus said:
Luke 18:17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

Worrying about Premonstratensianism, say, would clearly not be on the agenda and I hope your researches do not take that form.
