    Dutch ex-sinner

    Hey,

I'm an 18-year old guy, living in the god-forsaken country of Holland. The place where you can't walk down one street without running into queers, pot-smoking hippies or people eating cheese.
I have to admit though, my parents are heathens, and they didn't baptize me. But having seen the light, I decided to leave this hellish place, and move to America. I want to follow the way of Jesus Christ, and feel like I can only pursue this goal in America. I do wonder what I need to do, in order to be loved by Jesus Christ like the lot of you.

    Praise the lord.

Do you have any piercings or tattoos? (very common over there)

Can you post a recent picture of yourself so that we can see if there are any defects?
I take my orders from Jesus H. Christ, supernatural born US citizen

Be wary of false Kumbaya Christians who use a highlighter and scissors to read the Bible. God wants us to read the lines, not between the lines. False Christians will go to Hell:
    Matthew 7:22
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Asking a Christian to prove God exists is like asking him to prove his phone rings because yours doesn't. Make that call yourself! Dial 0800-get-on-your-knees-and-pray.

Of course I don't have any tattoos or piercings, they disgust me.
Here's a picture of myself though:

Okay, looks like you know how to dress properly. Good. There's even some angelic lighting in the background. Just watch the position of the hands, it might give the wrong impression that you like your hands in that area.... it's all in the details, friend!

Just so that we can verify that you are really you, can you upload a photo of yourself holding up a sign that says "Hello to my friends at LandoverBaptist.net"? Such a friendly greeting will be much appreciated by this congregation.

Don't be alarmed when we ask about verification: we're all about evidence and facts over here. That's why know that our beliefs are completely true and based on facts. God demands logic from us.

Sure. Though sadly, my built-in webcam only takes mirrored images, and not knowing how to reverse it, I guess this will have to do. It's about the gesture though, right?

            Welcome to these forums, friend!

About the mirrorring issue, I believe that Microsoft Office Picture Manager, for example, has an easy-to-use function for this.

I was wondering, what church do you attend, or are you going to attend? What is the name of your Pastor? And what is your favorite Bible Verse?

Those are the kind of things we are always curious about.
            Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
            Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

            Amen.

Although I do not share your taste in shirt colors (unless my PC screen has somehow had a color explosion malfunction), I notice you are wearing a proper collared shirt (2 in fact!) here and a suit in the first one. It's nice to see the young people dressing properly today. Well done!

You've presented yourself well and I'm sure Jesus is smiling. I have taken the liberty of correcting your 2nd photo. (It must be cold in Belgium, you're wearing 2 shirts - or perhaps there is no heating in your house. Fear Not, God will provide.)

I think it is low because it needs to have a large surface, to make sure that when the country is flooded again, there is enough space for the people to sit on the rooftops (The Nether Lands are very densely populated).

Maybe he's on a boat. The Dutch like to sail, I suppose.

I wonder if he knows Laura Dekker. She likes to sail. A lot.

I disagree. America is God's country. All God-fearing people need to unite geographically if we're going to fight against the scourge of evil, sin, cults, and false "gods" that plague the earth of the One True God.

I agree, though sometimes people can be sent on a mission, of course.

Especially this person's attempt to lure this young man to Groningen is despicable: everyone in Holland knows that the region is filled with communists.

I'm sorry, but a pastel-colored sweater with its arms slung over the shoulders and knotted in front is a fashion statement that neither I nor any God-fearing heterosexual man I know would ever be caught dead wearing. Son, you may need some help with your image. For your own sake, I wouldn't suggest stepping off the plane in America dressed as you are in that photo. You'll be an instant target for every sodomite within sight. We dress like men here, Dutch, not like cast members of Glee.
