As for the orc, half-orc etc comment about me being racist.. wow.. just wow..
So you take one quote that states that we are all equally saved and use it to negate everything the Bible says about the role of women in the church?

Wow. I can't even start to post all of the verses that say you're wrong.

Being raised in the True Christian™ lifestyle I am surprised that you are.

To begin with. I am a woman. I am a woman who does not cook, clean, or do my husband's bidding.
Ah, and there it goes wrong already. Look what God said to Eve:

        Genesis 3:16:
Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

You said you were a Christian. If you are, how comes you do not obey this Passage?

Let's read another part of the Bible:

        Titus 2:3-5:
        The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Women are supposed to be obedient and keepers at home. That includes cooking and cleaning. What kind of Christian are you?

I am what I'll freely call an intelligent woman, as many of my friends and family also are. It is an insult, not only to females, but the human race itself to call women stupid. Men would be lost without us.
We certainly would be lost, as we can't make babies by ourselves. However, that you can make babies does not make you smart.

Anyway, it doesn't really matter if you are intelligent. Even if your IQ approached 200, you would still be bound to Scripture, like all women:

        1 Corinthians 14:34-35:
Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Probably, God included this Verse in the Bible because women are insufferable as soon as they start disagreeing with men:

        Proverbs 21:19:
It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman.

        Anyway, let's move on.

Thirdly, God has asked men to be kind to one another, to accept them and to "Treat others as you would want to be treated."
It is true that the Bible said that. However, the Bible says as well:

        1 Corinthians 5:11:
But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Does this sound to you like blindly accepting anyone we come across? Of course not.

Clearly, the Message of the Bible is somewhat more complicated. For example, Jesus also told us to follow the Old Testament:

        Matthew 5:17-19:
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

When Jesus said this, as the Son of God He was aware, of course, of the great diversity of Laws in the Old Testament. Yet, He was adamant on the point that not "one jot or tittle" would pass from the Law. And this Law happens to include parts like this:

        Exodus 34:11-17:

Take heed to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither thou goest, lest it be for a snare in the midst of thee:
But ye shall destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves:
For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God

        2 Chronicles 19:2:
And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.

These Passages clearly teach that we shouldn't just accept anyone who holds unchristian views, even more, Exodus 34 teaches us to destroy other religions.

In short, as Christians we are required to rebuke the works of darkness, not to accept them:

        Ephesians 5:11:
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

And yet, going through this thread I saw a few things that I'm pretty sure go against that: queer, jap. joo (pretty sure that's meant to be jew). I ask this, while walking around one day, would you like someone to walk up to you and blatantly tell you what a cracker you are?
Why is it offensive to call a jew a jew?

People who call themselves Christian being so thoroughly un-Christian-like.
Well, as I've shown, our behavior here is perfectly consistent with the teachings of the Bible.

You are still required to obey him. See the Scripture Verses I've quoted previously.

You all need to grow up and join the 21st century.
What does it matter we are living in the 21st Century? Jesus does not change!

        Hebrews 13:8:
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

So if Jesus does not change, and the Law still applies as long as the earth exists, why should there be any difference between Christianity as it was 2000 years ago and Christianity as it is now?

You do not act Christian, you act as the one poster accused me of, of being false Christian's, you do not show one another love, you hate, you accuse and you cause and inflict pain.
Our Message can be harsh sometimes, and it is not always nice for other people to hear it. However, Jesus already said that His Word would create division:

        Matthew 10:34-37:
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Could He have put it any clearer? Jesus did not come to make peace between believers and unbelievers, as false Christians often claim, but to set them at variance with one another. If you pretend that this Passage does not apply or does not exist, yes, then you can rightly be called a false Christian.

Proper Christian teaching shows people the light, it doesn't smother them in darkness until they lie on the ground begging for the light.
What madness is this? We do show people the light. We quite often quote the Bible, which contains the Message of God. The problem is that many people seem to prefer darkness over light.

Mr. Coleridge is just like you. He calls himself a Christian, but ignores large parts of the Bible because they don't fit in with his "let all hug and accept one another" version of Christianity.

Yes, he does. However, he also wrote:

        1 Timothy 2:11-15:
Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Just like some other Scripture I quoted before. Women are still required to submit themselves to their husbands (Eph. 5:22), and they are saved in childbearing.

It seems you have a rather one-dimensional view about Christianity. Wouldn't it be a good idea to read the Bible in its entirety before claiming to speak with Biblical Authority?
        Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
        Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

        Amen.

That is because you were, as you say, “raised in a christian lifestyle” and not “as a Christian”. You will be first to admit that a painting by Holman Hunt is far more valuable than a painting “done in the style of Holman Hunt.”
you will put me in as going to hell and all the rest of that wonderful stuff.
Well, you are not going to say “No one goes to Hell.” Are you? So someone has to. Who might that be?

Men would be lost without us.
as God created woman as a help for man, the alternative would be that man used trained monkeys. It is a conceit to think that God does not have alternatives.

Yes, there’s always an “and yet” isn’t there? God’s “and yet” does not include tolerating sin and/or the contravention of His Law.

It is foretold that we Christians will be persecuted, so it is not really a question of liking it or not – it would be akin to not liking weather.
However, while I'll post this, and put my opinion up, while waiting to be banned for it. I'll also accept the fact that you will call me names, you will call me stupid and you will laugh and mock me to your hearts content.
No, Jesus has directed you here and we will pray for your soul.

            Dear Leon;

That wasn't so much an introduction as it was a whine session. Your unsaved opinions don't add up to a bucket of spit here.
