Okay, first, what the introduction forum wants:

Church: I don't go a whole lot. Where, when I do, is to remain a mystery to you (unnecessary information).

Favorite Bible verse: It's difficult to decide out of the multiple verses which say to love thy neighbor as thyself. There's... Matthew 22:39, Leviticus 19:18, Luke 10:27, Romans 13:9, Galatians 5:14, and James 2:8. People often ignore them. It's sickening. The reason I came to this forum is because people here are so hateful and I keep getting links to the hateful posts here.

The Guy Fawkes avatar is in spite of a user's post, because I can't stand cults like Scientology, and it's hard for me not to remember the fifth of November.

BTW, I got a message after my first post... I get an infraction worth 10 points for mentioning Google, a search engine that this forum links to (see bottom of page, where it says Bookmarks) and she's claiming it's satanic...

Some user said "Anything not of God is of satan " Okay then user whose name I forgot... In that case, all of man's inventions are of satan. All of them. Houses, clothing, books, knives, musical instruments, computers, ALL of man's inventions.

Anyway, I came here because of people picking little bits of the Bible to refer to for their own personal gain. I don't know what they're saying at your church, but last time I checked, "cafeteria christianity" is an easy one-way ticket to Hell.

If I get banned at any given time, delete my account on this forum if possible, because a banned account is wasted space and if banned I will not return, bit the hostility I got is revolting. Yet again, what happened to love thy neighbor?

Eric, since you are accusing us of being "cafeteria Christians", when True Christians™ are Christians who follow the WHOLE Bible, I must assume you:

Have read the entire Bible at least a few times

Can demonstrate where we have cherry-picked

I look forward to your demonstration of where we have ignored parts of the Bible for our own personal gain, or for any other purpose.

Incidentally, why would you want to celebrate a Catholic who wanted to blow up Parliament and kill a Protestant king to replace him with his Catholic daughter?

Now if you really want to start a flame war, how about you bring in the most hateful of your users? Cause here's a way to prove if you've actually read the Bible or just scriptures that you pick out: I'm left-handed and proud of it. Got a problem with that?

Have you met my friend, "Burden of Proof"? It's on you. We're not interested in sitting here and playing games with you; our role is to witness to those interested in Salvation.

We look forward to seeing your evidence that we have, as you claim, cherry-picked verses from the Bible for personal gain. That will require evidence of the cherry-picking and evidence of the gain, or at least the motivation for gain.

We are Christians, not atheists. We respond to evidence, not rumors, accusations, and unsupported beliefs.

As the good Revered has said. Additionally we don't have a problem with lefties, as Jesus commands us to we love everyone. However is is God who has a problem and if you would read The Bible with true understanding you would understand why.
