Sass mouthed little creature aren't you.

Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
(Women were created to assist men.)

Genesis 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Exodus 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
(Women are property. Less valuable than a house but more valuable than slaves and livestock.)

Matthew 18:25 But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
(Jesus considers women (and children) to be property that can be sold.)

1st Corinthians 11:3-10 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.

1st Corinthians 14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

1st Timothy 2:9-15 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Ephesians 5:22-24 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Colossians 3:18 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord

Titus 2:3-5 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

1st Peter 3:1-6 Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.

You need to leave your false Christian church and accept Jesus as your personal Savior. Methodists are balsphemers, because they ordain queers and women.

SarahLITB, I have only been here a short time, but already I have seen people post in English (God's Favorite Language©), German, Ancient Greek, Hebrew, Spanish, Dutch, some squiggly sand nigra script, French, Portugese, and even Ebonics.

Alright, so to get things straight...
          -Play ball
-Read the King James 1611 bible
          -Beat my wife-to-be
-Proceed to beat the sin out of our children-to-be. With a rod! (does this count during pregnancy to get them accustomed to regular beatings?)
-No sarcasm. Ever. Sarah, if you disrespect these men again, I'm going to beat you black and blue. Again.
          -Methodism=Muslimism
          -Move to Freehold, Iowa
-Demons don't discriminate with regards to age, nor anal dialation
          -Book shopping
          -King James 1611
          -Field dressing game
          -Sewing
          -Cooking
          -Subordination 101
          -Ditch EUMC
          -Become a True Christian(tm)

Is there a scripture that defines how one becomes a True Christian(tm)? I'm interested, however, I'm not sure if my wife-to-be shares the same enthusiasm...

PS: With regards to profile pictures... Yes, we WILL be taking some pictures if her father will unlock her room and let her out. What would be the best way to convice her father? I was thinking an impromptu deer hunt (witch hunt, atheist hunt, queer hunt, nigger hunt, communist hunt, hipster hunt, skater hunt, whathaveyou)
1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
23:Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

No exceptions? What if I have broken one of these biblical laws earlier in life?
According to Lev. 11:6-8 touching dead pig skin is unclean. I played football for years as a child, can I repent?
              Also,
Lev. 21:20 says that I can't approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have 60% vision in my left eye and 90% vision in my right plus an astigmatism in each so I wear contact lenses. What is the procedure for forgiveness?
1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

I suspect the football was made of rubber. I should really make sure though. Please send me every photo you have of yourself and the football team so I can examine the photos carefully. Don't leave any out, not even the locker room ones, no matter how silly or playful or carefree or boyish they may seem (for example swatting other players on the hind parts).

                  Re: Desperately need relationship advice

Wow. I will ask my final questions in the mere interest of Going To Heaven. No disrespect intended!

                  1. As my spouse-to-be has yet to become a True Christian, wouldn't following his lead possibly lead to eternal damnation in the FIRES of HELL?! Also, the idea of being subordinate is not appealing. Like, at all.

                  2. The idea of being knocked around and beating our future children is also none too appealing. Why is Christ's path so difficult? Is this TRULY what he wants for us?

                  3. Why a sarcasm bad? Where does it say THAT in the bible? I must admit, I was rather distressed over the negative responses my last post received.

May God SAVE and LOVE you all! (:
Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Since I was the person who mentioned sarcasm, I will address this point:

Your post was obviously sarcastic, and was written in a manner that implied that we might not recognize it as such, and maybe you thought you could "sneak a punch in" without arousing our suspicions.

I didn't say it was bad...I just said we get it. Sarcasm can be used very effectively to make a point, but if you truly have an issue with someone, sack up (sic) and make the point as plain as you can.

I will leave you with a Bible verse that I sometimes post when people think we are being mean. Although it is addressed to men, the sentiment is universal:

"Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong." (1 Corinthians 16:13).

                      Yours in Christ,

The only words of sarcasm found in the Bible are the words of those who hated the Lord: Cain, for example, answered sarcastically when God asked him about his brother's whereabouts...
Genesis 4:9 And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?
And let us not forget the Romans as they crucified Jesus...
John 19:2-3 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe, And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.

But! Am I really just expected to let Scottie dear hit me and not do anything about it?! I would be raging!

And as far as the children go, I don't think I can legitimately hurt anyone. Problem there, too!

And as far as following the Bible to the letter, in order to become a True Christian..what about all the contradictions in the bible? For instance, in 2 Samuel 24:1 God commands David to count the fighting men in Israel, but in I Chronicles 21:1, it says that Satan did.../:

There are no contradictions in the Bible. The reason you may think so is simply because you're a fool that does not have the ability to read the Bible from a spiritual viewpoint. Enjoy Hell.

And as far as the children go, I don't think I can legitimately hurt anyone. Problem there, too!

I'm not sure I understand why you think that is a contradiction. Did you ever read the book of Job? God and Satan had a bet. Maybe they had another round and wanted to see which of them David would obey. Not likely. But I know you never thought of it.

Did you ever have both of your parents ask you to do the same thing? Many people have. It is not unusual for two people to ask the same person to do the same thing.

Whoa whoa, hold on there cowboy (I know cowboys didn't exist) what is all this about 'arousing'. For the record, I am not willing to go 'family style' on my wife, she may have two hands to hold, but I'll knock the sin out of any man (or woman) that tries to take her other hand. Well, maybe the woman and I could share Sarah.

Yes, profile pictures to come soon, not to worry. I'll see if I can scrounge up some photos from the locker room, I know the coach liked to keep a camera on us at all times to see how team bonding was going, maybe he saved the footage on his computer...
1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
23:Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
