Hello there, I'm Antar. I'm a math/accounting major, and a believer in god, and the holy spirit. My official religion is catholic though the majority of my family is Baptist so I just kinda end up adhering to the teachings of both.

I personally believe that there is a fine line between science and religion that shouldn't be crossed. In that there are some things that cannot be defined or explained, and that there are some that can. There is more than enough evidence on both sides to provide insight on both.

I first joined this forum more so to find some clarifications and interpretations of some verses, but then I happened to read the forum on science and religion and was literally sick to my stomach. If that means I don't belong here, fine. But there are just some things that shouldn't be argued especially with incomplete information from either standpoint.

Anywho... that's about it. I hope to hear a little input from you all.

First of all, Catholics are not Christian. You can be Catholic and go to hell, or you can be a True Christian(tm) and join us in Heaven. You can't adhere to Romanist occultism and still receive Salvation through sanctification of the Spirit, though.

Can you back it up with Scripture that "science" and "evidence" supercede the Word of God? Indeed, God tells us that false "science" (that which leads one away from the Word) is to be avoided.

True Science is that which confirms the teachings of the Holy Bible (KJV 1611). Whether or not a supposed "finding" of secular "science" is true or not can always be evaluated by comparing it to the Word of God, sort of like a litmus test.

We don't interpret the Word of God, friend. We simply obey it.

All things are to be viewed in their context with God's Word. Either you believe the Bible is true, or you don't. Personally, I don't want to spend eternity in hell, so I know what I'm going to do. What about you? Do you want to go to hell, or would you rather join us in Heaven?

Either the Bible is right or secular science is right. The two are incompatible. I know that the KJV1611 is the word of God and that is why I reject secular science.

If you dismiss Biblical ideas such as the flat Earth, waters above the firmament, the flood, unicorns and talking donkeys then you must think the Bible is full of errors. Why would you believe in an supernatural being because He is mentioned in a book that you don't trust?

I can in some way respect atheists. At least their views are consistent with the information that they find trustworthy. Of course they will rightly burn for having this delusion.

The middle ground is where the biggest fool sits.

So for you there's no conflict between science, which pretty much proves that the Bible is loosely connected set of folk tales with as much grounding in science as was possible to a desert goat herder standing outside his tent flaps, looking around and thinking great thoughts and the Bible - which, of course, is the literal and infallible record of the deeds and wishes of God.

You need to decide once and for all which side you are on, friend. The side of eternal death and burning in fire or eternal life by following the will of God as told to you by Jesus via the Holy Bible of King James. How else can you say you have any idea what Jesus wanted? Is God so feeble He would have allowed "mistakes" as staggering as the description of the creation in Genesis is (according to scientists) to litter the Bible? That doesn't sound like the God I believe in by following the Bible, friend.

To the people claiming to be pastors and/or true christians.... Kindly show some respect to the people writing to you. maybe you have your reasons to hate so many people around the world etc. the danes.
