Anyway what I was basically confused about, is why people who are 'unsaved' are referred to as trash on this forum (in like forum names, eg. unsaved trash)? That's pretty harsh... As a follower of Christ, I'm sure Jesus would not have referred to people who had not yet been saved so hatefully... Jesus treated people right, even when they mistreated Him.

People should be treated with respect and dignity, no matter the circumstances. It just makes me sad to see so much hate from Christians against non-believers...

This is explained in the thread that you were supposed to read before posting.

As a follower of Christ, I'm sure Jesus would not have referred to people who had not yet been saved so hatefully... Jesus treated people right, even when they mistreated Him.

If you are indeed a follower of Christ, this should come as no surprise.

Friend, Nothing would make us (and Jesus) happier than to be able to reach out and clasp your tightly to my bosom. But as you garnered, so many simply fail to understand so much in life, we are forced to keep our distance. I remember when I was young. I could hang out at the playground all I wanted, giving away ice cream to tossle haired children. Not anymore.

If you show that you accept God's laws and God's love, then you won't be unsaved trash forever.

Here's how Jesus says he'll deal with sinners: The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity. And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:41-42 Jesus had a real way with words, don't you think?
