Well, then, what's the point of washing yourself if it doesn't accomplish anything concrete? You're saying they wash themselves because they want to believe they are forgiven. All it does is make them feel better. It can't make them forgiven in reality.

There are a few instances in the Bible where God appeared in the flesh, such as in Genesis 18 when He appeared to Abraham with two angels. Such a manifestation is known as a theophany. Whenever He has appeared in the flesh it has always been as a man. Why would He want to appear as anything else?

I have already said I am not very familiar with Christianity. I'm not really aware of the different trends that came into existence after true Christianity. That is the reason I'm here. To understand. I want to clear out misunderstandings like this. So if someone comes and starts selling me something in the name of Christianity, I should know the truth. Calling someone a big gay monkey does sound insulting to me. It is said in a scripture as old as Bible (if not older) that it was a form of God.
Rules of Bible, or for any holy scripture are for humans. It is not required that God has to follow them, because he made the rules, and he can change them if he wants. Lastly, I have just told you that the said form of God is completely about Bramhacharya, or (there is no equivalent in English but 'procreating the right way' could be the closest). On what basis are you calling it 'Gay'?
About that I've heard an interesting saying though. "You see the world as you are" or literal translation. "The world will appear to you similar to Goggles/shades you are wearing". If you are wearing dark, it will look Dark, red if they're red, and so on. Hope you get the rest.

I never said I rejected Karma. I said, the principle from Bhagwad Gita tells us that we should do our work, and not because of getting Good karma, but it's meant to be done right. That doesn't mean I'm saying it's untrue. It says that your motive should be not to collect Good karma, but to do the right things. The karma will come along.

Now you're getting it. You dot heads are saying God is a big gay monkey and that's insulting to God. We're not saying anything about God. We're just taking heed of the Bible, which is the only reliable source of information about God, and noticing that God does not say He is a big gay monkey. God does not say it's OK for dot headed idol worshippers to worship idols.
