    Introduction

Hello, I would like to introduce myself to all of you here in this godly forum. My name is Acaliya and I am 17. I live with my Father, Mother, six brothers and one sister. My father says it is okay if I am on this site as he says it will help myself become closer to god and get advice from the godly women of this site on how to be a great wife when my father chooses my husband.

I am from a small town in Oregon and I attended The First Baptist Church in Eugene. Jesus has always been a very important part of my life. When I am done my daily chores, after I spend time praying to Jesus and reading the bible. I like to practice baking pies and giving them to my neighbors.

My favorite passages in the one and true Bible are 1 Corinthians 6:19-20-What know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you which ye have of God and ye are not your. Ezekiel 16:14 And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD. Also cannot forget Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

    Thank you and God Bless.

Hello and to our friendly forum! I know that being a woman, adhering to rules is sometimes difficult, yet we should always make an effort. Hence, try to capitalize "Bible" every time, sweetie!

Oh no! I do so apologize. I am off to the Prayer Closet to beg for His forgiveness and I will let my Father know immediately so he can correct my horrible behavior. Thank you for such the warm welcome. Also for understanding that I am just a woman.

        Welcome, dear.

I so love everytime a woman becomes a new creature in Christ Jesus instead of just another fussing, gnattering, blood-dripping machine...

2 Cor. 5:17: Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

It's great that you've learned what you needed to learn (see Titus 2:4), and it's great that you know how to handle your pie. Men of God love a nicely baked and tended-to pie.

I look forward to seeing your contributions.

            Hello and welcome, Acaliya!

It is so refreshing to see a new user come and post an introduction first before rambling on in other threads. I truly appreciate someone who follows our guidelines. You will make a fine wife soon...I say soon because you are rapidly approaching an age where True Christian™ men will begin to lose interest.

I want to also point out that when you write "God," His name should always be capitalized as well. Otherwise He might think you are talking to another god, and He gets quite jealous, and the consequences of His jealousy are dire:

Deuteronomy 6:15 (1611 King James Bible)

(For the Lord thy God is a ielous God among you) lest the anger of the Lord thy God bee kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.
You sound like a delightful young lady, and I would sure love to taste your pie!
            sigpic

            I Kings 7:23

And he made a moulten Sea, ten cubites from the one brim to the other: it was round all about, & his height was fiue cubits: and a line of thirtie cubites did compasse it round about.

New here? Desiring to be pleasing in the eyes of The Lord and His Followers?

Then do as directed by our esteemed Pastors and head on over to the Introductions subforum and make your first post there, friend. Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus. Anything else you want to share with us about how Jesus has blessed you is welcomed too.

Are you a hater of God that believes He is a morally bankrupt monster? Read Why, you ask, is God so angry? to see that it is in fact you that is the monster that mercilessly and infinitely torments God.

Stop this relentless torturing of God and accept Jesus today!

Well hello and welcome Acaliya. It's always refreshing when a young woman first introduces herself in such a polite and demure manner.

Being Christian on the westcoast, is not easy. My Father tells us tales of what goes on. I just do not understand how some people can live their lives in Sin and not have Jesus in their lives. As I do not leave the house unless it is to go to Church.

I have yet to master the recipe for a rich and creamy cream Pie. I will practice that one tomorrow.

Hello, Felicity and Aciliya! I am pleased to find like-minded Christian women here. Do you make your own pie crust? I love to serve the men in my family a nice, hot pie with some homemade ice cream. Men have come for quite a long distance just to sample it.

Mother and Father unfortunately do not allow me to dress as modern as you but since I am 23 it is likely I will be an old maid. Many already call me that. I am hopeful that my pie will bring me a husband that will properly discipline me and bring me closer to Jesus.

Glory to God for the fellowship of Christian women! We should all get together and compare our pies.
