William is the next head of the British state, not quite sure how Harry fits in with Austrailia. He was just the spare in case something happens to William before William can have a kid.

As for what he has in common with his father, well you should look at the playboy lifestyle that Charles was famous for back in his early days. They're definitely alike that way. Also if you look at a picture of a young Prince Charles, you can see some similarities.

Which Australian state are you talking about, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia or Queensland. Maybe it could be one of the Territories, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands. These leaders are elected in by the people.

The only Royal from Australia is Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.
