@Faroerocks; All we are trying to do is praise Jesus. I try to be calm and respectful but it is hard to tolerate someone like yourself who is constantly criticizing our closest held most spiritual beliefs.

We, the Faroe islanders and the rest og scandinavia are normal people. we are not even close to egypt, so i don't get where you get that pharaoe witchcraft story, or anything else that i have read in here, from.

I must say, though I normally disagree with these idiot christians here, I'm thoroughly shocked by the pictures of the sea at the Faeroe Islands, red with the blood of the precious children of the Goddess.

I've clicked on the link that Tammi provided, and I didn't find it mentioned anywhere that only whales who were "lost" were killed, unlike some Faroe people claimed here, whales who just happened to swim close by are murdered as well, according to the site.

And even if they were lost there, the proper solution would be to guide these wonderful creatures back to the sea. Shouldn't we spend our superior intellect and "ethical consciousness" helping our animal brothers and sisters, instead of exploiting them?
