God gave a rousing "No!" to Francois Hollande by pretty much sending him a direct message on day one.

Newly sworn in French President Francois Hollande has been delayed in his journey to Berlin for key talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel after his plane was hit by lightning.

The plane was forced to turn back to Paris. Mr Hollande is now on a second plane and is expected to arrive in Berlin at 19:30 GMT.

Of course, it's highly unlikely that anyone in socialist France will interpret the sign correctly so it's quite likely that God will have to ramp things up. Should be an interesting few weeks for the new president as he plays Russian roulette with the Hell Train.

Conservatives should take heart that God is once again showing that He hates communists.

Jesus is showing that He not going to stand by and let some illegally elected French President follow in the footsteps of Adolph Hitler and punish hard working German bankers for their successes.

The only way the European economy is going to work again is for European to set aside their socialist programs starve the Moucher beast. Then, in about 10 to 15 investor confidence will return and the economy will grow again.

I doubt it was a German missile, remember they were no were to be found in the Collation of the Willing(r) during the Second Iraq War. Germans now hate freedom so they won't defend it.

Apparently it has become common practice for new French presidents to brown nose to the Germans, particularly considering recent history. Being struck by lightning suggests that Jesus is upset with something – perhaps his socialist tendencies, his desire to tax the rich at 75%, or could it be simply being named "François".

No doubt Jesus has had enough of what only the French could name in their own word – "Ennui". The French themselves are largely to blame as they brought it on themselves – first with the cathylicks, then an endless stream of existentialists from Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, and Gabriel Marcel to the fornicating antics of Simone de Beauvoir. The French have always been insufferable, we're just in for another dose of it.

PARIS (Associated Press) – French officials say that new President François Hollande's plane was hit by lightning en route to Berlin. They say no one was hurt but that the plane returned to Paris as a precaution.

French Defense Ministry spokesman Gerard Gachet said the Falcon 7X aircraft was struck by lightning shortly after take-off today, and returned to the Villacoublay air base for inspection.

Defense officials say the president and his entourage were transferred to another aircraft, a Falcon 900, and took off shortly thereafter.

Hollande took office earlier today. He is due to meet with German Chancellor Angela Merkel to discuss Europe's financial crisis.

Robin Hood did not steal from the "rich", he stole from Prince John, the Sheriff of Nottingham, the tax collectors, and the cathylick church. He was returning the tax money that was stolen from the peasants by Big Kingdom in collusion with the cathylicks. Could you cite Scripture to support this assertion?

Chapter and verse, please. Jesus saying we should "take from the rich and give to the poor".

Also, please explain how "Jesus was a socialist" when the concept of the means of production being controlled by the state had not yet been conceived, and He never expressed support for any such economic system.

I can't understand why the French have got Holland to lead them. It just goes to show what a dispicable and pathetic race they must be if in a nation of 65 million, they could not find anyone suitable. I loved the way the plane, in true French fashion, retreated on it's first outting. It was probably no more than a bit of static cling in the air hostess' uniform that they bigged up to "lightning strike", to order to save face.
