Hello and to our forum! Which of the verses of the Bible is your favorite, dear?
God created fossils to test our faith.

    * * *

    My favorite LBC sermons:
    True Christians are Perfect!
    True Christian™ Love.
    Salvation™ made Easy!
You can’t be a Christian if you don’t believe the Old Testament.
Jesus is impolite. Deal with it.
Jesus is xenophobic and so should we.
Sanctity of Life is NOT a Biblical Concept.
    Biblical view on modern-day slavery.
The Immorality of the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights."
Geneva Conventions vs. The Holy Bible.
    God HATES Rational Thinking!
True Christian™ Man as a spitting image of God.

I was particularly interested to read that in the original:

As you can see, it is not recorded in Aramaic. Why do you suppose that is? Continuing on, from another thread:

Welcome, Brother Mashin. I appreciate that you want to follow the Bible, but, frankly, I'm not comfortable with an Arab wielding a sword. You guys snap way too easily, and seem to have a taste for beheadings.

Now, since the war is over, why haven't you and your family already returned to Lebanon? Are you trying to make anchor babies?

Well I'm not Arab necessarily, my family is from tyre and many of us Tyrians have a high amount of greek blood, as the tyre was once mostly greek before the ottomans genocided them in the 1910s, and us Tyrians speak a strange dialect of Arabic which is a mix of Arab, greek, Armenian, and Latin. And most of the violent Lebanese Christians are just soldiers who join Christian defence groups to protect themselves from many of the Islamist groups, but they're mostly found in Syria nowadays supporting Assad.

And to answer your question why haven't me and my family haven't returned to Lebanon, we have no future there. There have been massive protest in Lebanon which has stagnated the economy since that large explosion in Beirut a couple months ago. And food has become very hard to come by in Lebanon, in fact many locals have catching rare migratory birds to save themselves from starvation.

Thank you for your honesty, which alerts us to the need to treat you with suspicion: timeo Danaos et dona ferentes.

That sounds both enterprising and delicious! Do you have any recipes to share with us?

Well its not delicous or enterprising at all, and there no recipes at all, people are just doing it to survive. And that isnt good at because it destorys the great natural beauty of Lebanon, Lebanon is the most biodiverse country in the middle east, home to many species of bird, plants, mammals, etc. We must protect the natural beauty that god created for us.

Are you related to Bashar al-Assad? Why don't you change your name to a real one so normal, decent people don't mistake you for a ragheaded camel jockey? Mashin Assad -> Mason Atkins, for example. Jesus hates those pagan sand people.
I was sinking deep in sin far from the peaceful shore,
                  Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more;
But the Master of the Sea heard my despairing cry,
From the waters lifted me, now safe am I!

Yes, I would very much like to see a public renouncing of his failed terrorist culture. Many others here at LBC have been reborn in Christ as an honorary straight white male.
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

No I am not related to Bashar al-Assad, Assad is just a common Surname in Lebanon and the rest of the middle east. And i dont think most people would confuse me for a sand arab, medditerean Arabs such as myself have lighter skin tones compared to sand arabs.

Welcome friend. If I seem apprehensive, well, being you are what you are, you know what you people are like and therefore you should fully understand my deep rooted concerns. However, Christians are nothing but open minded and non-judgemental group.
Have you contacted the Church office and requested a Tithing schedule from Miss Cookie? I assume none of your assets are currently seized.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Since we at Landover have never had an Arab or a Greek worship with us, if Brother Martin were ever to visit the church, would he sit with us (in the back, of course) or in the negro section? How would we keep him away from our white women and little girls? And how could Landover Security be sure he wasn't a suicide bomber sent by Al Qaeda or ISIS?

The more I think about this, the more I think it's just never going to work. We should send his IP address to Stephen Miller in the White House for a deportation investigation. If God had wanted Arabs in America, he would have put them here originally, like He did with white people.

If he is, as he claims, some sort of Greek, then I would be more concerned about the threat to our sons than the threat to our daughters.
