Unless your husband was a True Christian(TM) I wouldn't have let him near me. Unless he was one of the sodomizers I was trying to bring to Jesus.
I'd get Daddy to get that date set NOW. I don't think you could take more heartbreak, girl.
JOANNA Tell little Hannah Unka Lar loves her like the Queen loves her Corgis. She's my princess. Um, how are the boys? I'd love some recent pictures. Tell Matthew I said a brisk hi.

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man.
Since John can't stand it when people question his pure white, non-Mexican heritage, Esther is (sadly) single again. With that said, there is a Godly young man a little closer to her age who asked about her after she started courting John, so I'll be giving him a call within the next few days to see if he's still interested. Please pray that he's still available and will end up proposing.

So very racist of him. I meet people like that all the time. Bleaching their hair blonde, wearing blue contact lenses, and spending tons of money on carcinogenic skin bleaches. Very pathetic.

So very furtive! At least our very dear Brother Gonzalez and your own fiancé Erik are honest about their slightly dusky origins. (I hope the wedding preparations are going well, by the way?)

Thank you for inquiring, that was so considerate of you. Well, of course, there will be a wedding - I have invested way too much time learning how to cook South American food for my efforts to go to waste.

What a racist! Esther is too good for him!
Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?
I am just heartsick to learn that you’re no longer engaged. You will recall that I warned you to get the wedding moved up but it’s too late to worry about that now.
May it bring you a bit of comfort to know that Johnnie is now part of my outreach to the homosexual community and he is a very good example of how we can find our true calling when we spend time on our knees. He sends greetings and asks that you tell your father how sorry he is that there was doubt regarding his ancestry.
He also says he hopes all goes well with removing the wart from your nose.
May God soon bless you with a suitable husbandman.
Yours sincerely in Jesus

Brother Larry,
I can see why you suggested that Esther get engaged as soon as possible, but long courtships are useful in situations where thorough investigations are needed for one reason or another. It warms my heart to hear that John has found his calling, even though it doesn't involve being my daughter's husband. As for the "wart," John is mistaken. It was simply a pimple that Esther finally managed to get rid of within the past week.
On a related note, I got the results for John's ancestry test back and it showed that he's 100% WHITE*. I'll reach out to him and apologize for doubting him (as James 5:16 says), but I fear the damage is already done. Thankfully, there is another man waiting in the wings.
I didn't want to make a new thread, so I'll just post my news here. I have another suitor! His name is Luke, he has blond hair and green eyes, is 29 years old (soon to be 30), and he greatly admires Pastor Ezekiel (knowing about such a Godly Pastor is a requirement for any man that wishes to court me). He has 3 sons from a previous marriage (his wife died in a car crash, so we don't have to worry about any violations of Luke 16:18 or Matthew 19:9). My father already did a background and ancestry check and discovered that his ancestry is pure white, so there's nothing to worry about there, especially since he doesn't like hot peppers. He is an avid hunter and loves venison and any kind of meat. Please pray that this courtship is the one that will finally end in marriage.
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

I would love to have a friend of mine meet your new man and offer you an opinion. I am willing to pay for his travel. I anticipate that it would take three days. Please advise.

That's a good idea, Brother Larry, but I don't know if it will work out. Between his job and the work that he does on his family's farm, he doesn't really have time for company that stays for more than 2 days. He would need at least 2 weeks' notice of your friend's visit so he can find someone to cover his shift at work and let his family know that he won't be able to help out.
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
