  • Unicorns, dragons and satyrs are REAL, the Bible tells us so

    Unicorns:

Psalms 22:21 "Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns."

Isaiah 34:7 "And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness."

Deuteronomy 33:17 "His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh."

    Satyrs:

Isaiah 34:14 "The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest."

Note the disgusting phallus on this one. Unclean!

    Dragons:

Jeremiah 49:33 "And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it."

Jeremiah 51:37 "And Babylon shall become heaps, a dwellingplace for dragons, and astonishment, and an hissing, without an inhabitant."

And since we all know that extinction is a bogus theory with no Biblical evidence to support it, these beasts are out there in the woods somewhere waiting to get bagged by a True Christian™ huntsman. I know what I'll be doing this weekend!!

Don't forget the cocatrice (not to be confused with the traditional dragon, as this beast has the head of a rooster specifically)!

And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
      Isaiah 11:8

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Hmm....... can't say that I've ever seen a Rhinoceros "skip"

Psalm 29:6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

I'll give you this one. What sickular science calls dinosaurs is pretty much accepted by Biblical science to be dragons.

Huh? A "satyr" is a man in furs?
In earlier Greek art, satyrs appear as old and ugly, but in later art, especially in works of the Attic school, this savage characteristic is softened into a more youthful and graceful aspect.
Probably a result of the bestiality that was so common in ancient Greece. Same goes for Centaurs. The change in art from ugly to beautiful creatures was probably to encourage such sinful activities.

Oh yes, the young ones do, I've seen them out in the vaal (white/square lipped, not the one in the pic)

My fault Bel. One's a Neanderthal, their males used to cross breed with us.
One's a Cro Magnon, shown there in a cave. They did a lot of cave art.

The change in the styles of Greek art stems from that.

But Neanderthals were not what you'd call suave. What could it have been that caught the eye of our girls? The term "satyrism" stems from that.

            Thanks for that Eth.

Well a cock does not live in a den. These things aren't birds.

The "heraldic bestiary" is a great read but those are not real. The "griffin" has a beak, is found in parts where gold is also found and had a crest which when crushed off from the rest of the bones looks a bit like wings (it's the "protoceratops") so that gave rise to the "griffin" myth.

The myth is not true but the source of the myth is real. These were shown in Babylon, on walls, in much the same form as we know today. The neck was stretched a bit, but there's no doubt what it is. Same myth, same source.

It was not just a one off. Lots of old bones with beaks have been found and there've been lots of myths built on those bones. The "heraldic" style is just that. A style. But it's a style that lasts. The den in your quote seems to be quite small. From the context I'd go "Scorpion" in part due to the Asp in verse 8 + the size of a weaned child's hand.

But I don't like that much. So here's a new find that fits the bill

Nemicolopterus. Check out your "heraldic" pic, too. Would you want one of these to bite your hand?

That's all very fascinating (not), but had the Good LORD meant "scorpion," He would have had it written as "scorpion." As it is, "cocatrice" means "cocatrice."

If you were truly sane, you would realize, it's in the Bible. That means it exists.
                        1 Corinthians 11:3

Let me guess, you believe in evilution and a gazillion year old earth without a shred of evidence just because you've always heard it that way, so it must be true.

How dare you call the Bible a myth! There are many things that the Babylonians pre-stole from the Jews like the story of Noah's Ark.

By stealing those stories, all they do is confirm them to be true. Much like the unicorn, cockatrice, satyr and etc.

I'm sorry you don't have the faith to believe in God's Holy Word, Mr. Fag.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.
