    Kerry breaks his leg!

    So many conflicting emotions.

    John Kerry had previously undergone 2 hip replacement operations and now this.

    I think I know why...

    I don't like France, but it's going up in my estimation.

    Mr. Glass,

    Wonderful news and a well-motivated twist of plot orchestrated by Jesus, no doubt! But I'm afraid Mr. Kerry won't understand the warnings of Jesus and will just go on his atheist business as usual.

    A word of warning, though! Do not visit France. They are a nation that destroys pious True Christians™ as eagerly as heathen unbelievers. I KNOW!

      Perhaps this is his punishment for his liberal policies, which turn people away from God, as well as being a member of the Skull and Bones occult group.

        It is this sanctimonious, holier than thou, "I'm curing global warming and telling you you need exercise" attitude that any single one of the people of the world will tell you is so much hot air. Dear me! Why would anyone think that God did not know Kerry was an asshole?

        Is not this broken leg a small ironic jest of reproof from the Almighty and more proof of Him through His Works?

          I don't understand why, when he broke his leg in France, they flew him to Sweden for treatment. Is this another example of the Obama administration's obsession with socialist medicine?

          He has inadvertently done me a big favor, though, as the boys were getting underfoot this afternoon until my dear husband told them the story as a warning against unGodly behavior. They immediately rushed out to play at "cycling like Kerry" in the pouring rain. They're covered in mud, the Band-Aid box is empty and one of the bikes is a write-off, but at least I was able to get the baking done in peace.

          I don't think Proverbs 17:5 applies to misfortunes that befall democrats, does it?

            A prescient warning unheeded. Yet another reason not to ride a bicycle, nor vote for Joe Biden. So unpresidential.

              While I'm disappointed that John Kerry isn't suffering from a broken leg right now, I am once more impressed by Trump's statesmanlike conduct. What a genuine and heartfelt expression of compassion and goodwill towards "President" Biden.

                I would not be surprised if President Trump sends him a get well card. This guy Trump has a big heart.

                Biden's bicycling in around the beach. Trump is more the high risk road-racing kind of guy.

                    I heard on Fox News that Mr. Trump sent more than that - he sent a gift valued by some at hundreds of dollars.
