  • Biden Calls Trump a "Climate Arsonist"

    I've had it with name calling by Democrats. President Trump took time from his busy schedule to visit the raging fires on the West Coast. While he was there he gave kind and helpful advice to those who manage the vast forests there, "You should rake the forest floor so there is less to burn. That's why it's burning. The fires have nothing to do with climate change, just bad management."

    Candidate Biden should have said, "West Coast, listen to what the President told you and follow his directive." Instead, he claims climate change is real, not fake news, and said the President is a "Climate Arsonist." This is a new low in U.S. politics.

    As President Trump visits wildfire-scarred California, Joe Biden calls him a “climate arsonist.” The mayors of 10 cities said armed far-right protesters were a threat to public safety.
    Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

    Ludicrous. If I were Trump and it were my Federal property, I would send some guys into the burning forest to rake while the whiners stand there like chumps.
    If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

      As always, Trump is right and if anyone on the West coast read the Bible (KJV1611) instead of sodomizing everything in sight that they wouldn't be faced with these problems.

      Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt:
      And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land;
      And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous.

      - Genesis 41:29-31
      Now some "climate scientists" have come along to try and explain God - using such terms as Pacific Decadal Oscillation, North Pacific Gyre Oscillation, El Niño Southern Oscillation, but it's a waste of money.

      God was basically saying that in the years of plenty you set aside some food so that you can avoid the years of famine, and the years of drought are solved by building some reservoirs. Of course the Democrats haven't built any reservoirs in decades - preferring to used the money to build their socialist state where everything is "free", with an ever increasing population.

      When it comes to addressing the forest management issues (as most professionals agree should be done), Trump has tried to do this on Federal lands - only to be met with some lawsuit on behalf of the soy greenie type that go before an Obama appointed judge claiming Trump needs an "Environmental Impact Study" - like it's real simple, we're going to stop the fires from happening.

      But no, it's now "climate change".

      I'm convinced that Pharaoh was an unelected socialist communist elitist.
      Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
      brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.
      ...and get off my lawn

        Why don't they get those tunnel boring machines to go straight down in flood prone areas? Not only would it prevent flooding but there'd be a valuable export commodity.

          As anyone competent in the sciences would tell you, boring holes in the ground lowers the average height above sea level. So they could only bore holes of a few meters without distorting the average. This is not deep enough to run the water off. Does that answer your question?

            But what if they bored a hole 1 mile wide and 90 miles deep?

              I believe that the deepest hole people made so far is the Tau Tona gold mine in South Africa, and it's less than 3 miles deep. At this depth, the heat of Hell can be already felt:

              The mine is so deep that temperatures in the mine can rise to dangerous levels. Air conditioning equipment is used to cool the mine from 55°C [131°F - ed.] down to a more tolerable 28°C [82°F - ed.]. The rock face temperature currently reaches 60°C [140°F - ed.].
              So I'm not sure what would be the purpose of digging any deeper, except to provide a direct entrance to Hell?

                Why bother digging an entrance to Hell when one is already available to the common sinner?

                John 3:18
                He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

                Unbelief is the easiest way to access Hell and, obviously, the amount of True Faith™ is now so minuscule on Earth that the hole depicted above won't be able to accommodate all those who'll pass into eternal torture: hence the shortcut of John 3:18.

                  You can get tours of those mines; the air-conditioning must be a recent innovation. Gold has never interested me much, nor diamonds but I've been to the diamond mines. They're only interested in selling you diamonds. One went missing (cutting room) while we were there and it was quite serious. I was very thoroughly searched, shoes and everything! But no diamond. As we left it was explained that no-one would be allowed to leave until the thing was found. Torture was not mentioned but let's face it, 60˚ is pretty hot. Anything in the 50's more or less a summer's day, need to keep busy of course if outdoors, but stuck down a mine until a tiny diamond was found? Not even a cubic inch in how many cubic miles of dirt and rubble and worms and heat and eventually the drinks would run out I was glad to be out of the place!

                  Defunct mine shafts are already filled with water and if deep enough could be used to generate electricity. From the temperature gradient. Except probably not Cornish arsenic mines.
