Re: List of foods now prohibited in True Christian™ households!
I'm not sure “What is ‘Goya Foods’” but appreciate The Boss affirming conservative sensitivity and The President's compassion in seeking to lift the less well off out of the mire.
Psalm 40:2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
Perhaps an example of why they are diminished (compared to Adam and those who walk with The Lord) is whatever mental process causes food to be named after someone who produced this:
As you can see the head served as an aperitif, quite crunchy I'd imagine, with the arms to follow and I won't describe the whole process of cannibalism or dwell on whether Titans are human? (in which case it wouldn't be cannibalism) but at what point do you say, “Nice imagery – who was that artist again?” so that you can use him (Goya) as a food brand?
What mental process causes one to see it as appropriate for food at all? Catholicism warps the Gospel to such an extent, I suppose, that everything else becomes warped too. It is both warmhearted and merciful to offer a way out from such thinking.
Will Mayor Hold consider lifting the Freehold Ethnic Foods ban for Goya Foods?
I thought about that, Brother, but don't they just sell beans for beaners? I know their CEO is a Trump supporter, but he's still some sort of a non-white immigrant.
