Friends, we can not let the a-rab towel-heads out-parent us! These camel-jockeys have obviously read our now world-famous Landover discussion about how God wants girls to marry their rapists and are terified that we may change this country into a shining example of why Christianity is the True Religion of the universe. They are now trying to beat us to the punch. Evidence that they are escalating this good-parenting race was on display in one of their religo-rags which reported that a 16 year old Bangladeshi girl was punished, not for getting raped, but for getting pregnant via rape!

Eight months after being raped, a 16-year-old at Khargor of Kasba upazila in Brahmanbaria had to receive 101 lashes as "punishment".
A village arbitration found her guilty and issued the 101 lashes fatwa (religious edict) but amazingly left alleged rapist Enamul Mia, 20, untouched.

Notice how they even try to mock us by leaving the rapist unpunished. They obviously are saying, "HAHA! Your Bible says the rapist must pay money to the father and marry the girl. We go further in supporting young men who are tempted by whores...we don't punish the men at all! You fools in LBC WANT to make your scripture law but BOOHOO...you live in godless America... WE have a religious government so WE can be better parents than YOU!"

This really gets me steamed.

Then, to top it off, they describe the punishment:

At one stage of the [glorious punishment lesson of 101 lashes], the girl collapsed and fainted. She regained her sense after two hours.

How can we get the Good Book enacted into Federal Law sooner? We can't let the pedo-worshipers win the race to becoming better parents!

From what i know, this punishment was not fit for the crime.
A historically noted punishment called for my Mohammed the Islamic Prophet was following:
A woman came to him and admitted having an affair and becomming pregnant. Mohammed told her to give birth to the child and come back. After 9 months the woman returned and was stoned to death.

What happened here was:
A stranger attacked a girl who did not know him. He than took her virginity against the girls parents permission. He was not willing to marry her, he was just desiring sex. People who do this in arabic countries usually have close ties to the court and the politicians and can get away; however if the victim starts accusing the offender of rape, they get silenced.

Parents should keep their daughters away from child rapists, as 15 is not an age to marry.

Let me clear this up for you.

Under Sharia Law, the most just of all laws, the Law Allah has given to man the process for rape is as follows:

If a woman is raped she must produce 2 eyewitnesses to her allegation. If she can do this then she is the victim and the rapist will have his punishment (stoning). If she fails to do this then she herself must be lashed for making false accusations.

It is simple really.

The laws are just and perfect to protect men from false allegations of rape. Without these laws can you imagine how many women would go around making false allegations of rape just to punish men they don't like? It would be ridiculous.

After contemplation, I believe that this law of theirs is very sexist. The Biblical law of requiring a rapist to marry a woman is fair for both parties. Rape is a crime and the perpetrator did not get punished. Likewise, the victim was punished with 101 lashes.

Deuteronomy believes in fairness and justice. That is why the man is punished by being forced to marry the woman, and the woman is rewarded with a husband and her father gets 50 shekels. The Deuteronomy Law is so perfect it could only have been created by God. That is proof of the Bible's divine origin right there.

I'm telling you if we could get Deuteronomy sanctioned into secular law, the world would be a perfect place.

Exactly. You can tell the Qu'ran and Sharia law were written by man and man alone because they are full of logical gaps! Compare that to Biblical law which is perfect.

So according to your "law" if a woman wants to marry a man who doesn't want her all she has to do is make an allegation that he raped her???

DNA evidence can be tampered with and planted.

The ONLY way is eyewitnesses, preferably good honest Muslim men who pray 5 times a day.

Mind you, I can see the point. A woman's word is nowhere near as valuable as a man's. You know how they are prone to outbusts of emotion, generally dizzy-headed and can't tell a story in under 100 paragraphs.

No, I like the idea of witnesses. Very fair.

If we refer to rape within the city in

She only cries out to get witnesses (we know this because later it explains it.)

It appears to me that this woman did not "cry out" because she was enjoying it... a harlot to be stoned, but mercy was shown and she was lashed.

Witnesses can be bribed, threatened, biased, stupid, blind, you name it. And a rape which has multiple witnesses is probably just a gang rape.
