It's a sad day when a major European nation announces its government will kill babies, free of charge, simply for the asking.
In an apparent move to celebrate lasciviousness (Galatians 5:19-20), national pastime of the French, the government will officially pick up the tab for all sinners to abort their tiny little babies. Further, children as young as 15 won't need to use up all their pocket money in order to afford the birth control that allows them to revel in the sins of the flesh.
True Christians™ know the Truth about sex: It's God's Perfect Plan to create new Soldiers for Christ (Genesis 1:28). Sure, God could have created each child out of the rib of a man in a painless, effortless process like He created Eve (Genesis 2:22), but He didn't. For whatever reason, God decided that the laws of nature would henceforth require the female uterus to increase to 20 times its original weight, and 1,000 times its initial capacity, culminating in a painful, messy, bloody, and sometimes fatal process known as childbirth (Genesis 3:16). This is good, for everything God does is good.
True Christians™ know that even though 10-25% of all clinically recognized pregnancies naturally terminate (read, God chooses to abort it for mysterious reasons that are also, somehow, good, and that doesn't count the miraculous abortions unknown because a woman didn't know she was carrying a little baby), a woman deciding to take on this decision is to rebel and reject God's Sovereignty (Lamentations 3:37-38).
The French people have lost all concept of morality and goodness. The women, unsatisfied with being whores, publicly demand Christians be persecuted and forced underground.

According to France 24, increasing reproductive justice was one of François Hollande's main campaign promises during the past election. Under his new bill, women are now entitled to a full reimbursement for the cost of their abortion and girls aged 15-18 are also guaranteed free birth control (both for the contraceptive pill and the implant).
When the bill passed in October, the Minister of Health, Marisol Touraine, explained that it was a "public health choice" and she took the opportunity to remind people that abortion is "never a trivial act" for women.
