With God I have reached my target weight!!!

With the continued support of Brother Rubicon, Rev. Osbourne's "Sweating to the Old Testament" exercise routine, and general Church prayer - I think it is safe to say I am no longer a "Fattie".

In celebration, we went to town last week end and thought I would post of a pic of my new frame. I'm still a bit of work in progress but feeling rather proud (can you guess which one is me?).

This is mostly my wife's family (Ma & Pa), the wife in the back, my two sons Luke and John jr (faces covered for legal issues - bruises), and the wife's brothers Gus and Ronald Reagen (no relation to the actor/president).

Just thought I would share and give thanks to all that Landover has done for me - I've been saving for a very, very generous tithe in brother Rubicons name.

I would reach out to Brother Rubicon, he's really great. He went so far as to have "agents" spy on me. They even removed 5 packs of bacon from my front car seat (and delivered it to the front door of a mooslem mosque ).

Seeing as you are 300lbs plus, start by lifting your KJV up over your head and back down again. Start small, and then when you are comfortable use two.

Yes, tithe to the church in the amount you would have spent on the porcine flesh. 1lb@ $3.25 x 365 = $1186.25.

Then, to keep the lard off, come join my business. We spend most of our time pounding the pavement and getting "pumped up"! Little time (or money) for anything but rice cakes and bottled water.

They may have saved your life, if your car was parked in the sun for a while!

But why the front door? Why not toss it in thru an open window during prayers? I know, strips of bacon ARE rather light. Try wrapping it around a rock or brick.
