Apparently a man wrote a book about how Jesus was married, had a wife, and survived the Crucifixion by using 'facts'. What are your thoughts on this blasphemy?

Holy Blood, Holy Grail Blasphemy
sigpic"Let the women learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression." (I Timothy 2:11-14)

Sounds like flammable trash to me. It's important for Right-Believing True Christians to guard their senses against such satanic atheistic falsehood.

Amen, Brother. The Bible teaches that Jesus died (temporarily) on the cross, then came back to life and went to Heaven. I don't care what any Dan Brown-wannabe writes. If it disagrees with the Bible, it is blasphemy.Originally posted by Adam_Maudite View PostSounds like flammable trash to me. Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
Praised be Your Glorious Name™.
Amen.

This is just typical new-age gnostic nonsense. This kind of fraudulent research has no basis in scripture and thus has no place within the True Christian™ doctrine.Originally posted by Sophia Chipman View PostApparently a man wrote a book about how Jesus was married, had a wife, and survived the Crucifixion by using 'facts'. Both of those are certainly terrifying fates, but I'd like to meet someone who was able to survive a marriage by using 'facts'!Originally posted by Sophia Chipman View PostApparently a man wrote a book about how Jesus was married, had a wife, and survived the Crucifixion by using 'facts'.

How exactly does one survive being crucified by using 'facts'?Originally posted by Sophia Chipman View PostApparently a man wrote a book about how Jesus was married, had a wife, and survived the Crucifixion by using 'facts'. What are your thoughts on this blasphemy?
It didn't work for the tens of thousands of others crucified by the Romans. No reason to think it worked for Jesus, when His whole reason for coming to Earth was to temporarily sacrifice Himself to Himself, so He could wash away the sins for which He promised to eternally punish us.Bible boring? Am I the only one now picturing Jesus making some sort of MacGuyver-esque escape from the cross?
