Question About JESUS & DINOSAURS???

I know our Creation Scientists told me about Jesus and the Dinosaurs, but I can't seem to recall what year that was. Some obnoxious lady at Wal-Mart keeps hassling me as if it isn't true. Does anybody know the year???

I don't know who to thank first . . . Bobby Jo, Talitha, or Don the Baptist! Thanks so much for the actual date, and for that info about the flood . . . who in their right mind would expect Dinosaurs to swim anyway. And I'll bet that woman at Wal-Mart is an L-bo because she's fat, has a big mole on her forehead, and wears Capris (I shudder!). Next time I'm there, I'll have to check and see if that L-bo drives a Subaru . . . that'd be the final nail in the clamdiver's coffin!

PS Thanks about the hair (I wondered why she was staring at me so much) I know one pearl she'll never snatch!

Dinosaurs lived approximately 50 to 60 million years before the time of Jesus (or any man for that matter). The world was then ruled by these reptiles until a comet destroyed them. After that mammals became the sentient creatures in which us, humans, descended down from apes in the miracle of evolution. Jesus, assuming he ever lived (and historical data suggests that he might have) would have never even known about dinosaurs because archeological discoveries were still a couple of thousand years away. Hence why the Bible (a primitive book written by bronze age cave-men living in tents in the desert) never mentions them.

• We know that God made all creatures.
• We therefore know that God was around at the time of the Dinosaurs.

I've heard this sort of reasoning before, and I think the refutation is quite obvious.

If you study the bible carefully, you will find also that it doesn't anywhere mention penguins. Yet, even $cienti$ts don't try to argue that penguins have only evolved in the last two thousand years.

Obviously, the bible doesn't mention dinosaurs or penguins because they were ubiquitous. Do you find mention of cellphones in any modern cult writings? Of course not. They're taken for granted, just like penguins and dinosaurs were in Jesus's time.
