When I turn my porch light on at night, it's light right in front of the house. But when I walk a mile away, I can't see the light anymore. Same thing with the sun, during the day, it's close, and it's very far away at night.

The sun is always very far away, it's because of the Earth's rotation around it's own axis

You can photoshop just about anything, that only proves that you have photoimaging software on your computer.
So what you are saying is that all pictures made from the earth are faked. Even though they are made by so many different sattelites/spacecraft, even by different institutes. yet they all look the same?

I guess the only way would be for you to travel into space and see it with your own eyes.


It looks flat to me. You might want to get your vision checked.
I mean over long distances, if you stand on a very tall tower, and look at the horizon, you would be able to see this curvature, but only if you can see the horizon for a great length, since the earth is gigantic.
Example: A sniper has to take the curvature of the earth into account when he is shooting over extremely long distances, like 1.5 miles. Ofcourse, he has equipment that can correct this curvature for him. Same thing goes for the rotation of the earth

light does not bend it travels alwasy in straight lines as you can do or do you not have a shadow when the sun is rising or setting if the light bent around the earths gravity then surley there would be no such thing as shadows

Now, now Joe. We have been through this before. It is clear that there isn't enough extra water on earth to cover the top of Mt. Ararat or Everest. But the Bible tells us that happened. So where did it go? The earth absorbed the water like a sponge and became round. It's just common sense.

It does not say round, it says "circle". Circles only have two dimensions, not three friend. That is proof positive that the Earth is flat.

For any doubters who want to know how it can be light on some parts of the Earth while it's dark in others, imagine a spotlight hanging from a string over the center. It's daytime where the spotlight hits directly, it's twilight around the edges of the light, and it's nighttime everywhere else.

If you give it a good directed tap, it will start spiraling out. The outer edge will be getting much more light than the inside. That's when it's winter in the US and Europe, and summer in South America and Australia.

You'll notice that the circle that the light is making is getting smaller and smaller. That's the change of seasons. When the light is making very small circles near the center, that's summer. To reverse the change of seasons and start all over, just give the light another tap.

We need to start building these and selling them through the Landover Baptist University Bookstore.
