No, evolution is not required. Especially since the Genesis account gives us an accurate explanation to how man was created: By animating dust with a divine breath. It doesn't say that men evolved from apes.

First of all, Genesis is not a fact, it is a book. Second, a scientific theory is comprised of thousands of facts to explain a natural occurrence. Look at it this way; if if you hold a stone in your hand and drop it, it is a fact that it will fall to Earth. Now, the Theory of Gravity explains why the stone falls to Earth. In this regard, a scientific theory is held to a higher standard than a fact. A fact is just something that happens, the theory is its explanation.

2nd Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Obviously the Bible is of divine origin, so certainly it makes more sense to believe what God says instead of some eggheaded scientist in a labcoat says, right?

Well, since the bible says that bats are birds when we know full well that bats are mammals, I'd say the Bible can be wrong about his creation.

Why do you think that they have to make a new flu vaccine every year? The virus evolves and becomes resistant to the previous year's vaccine. This is evolution happening right before our eyes.

Not every change in a life form is evolution. If I don't give a houseplant enough light, it becomes tall and spindly; is that evolution? Also, that isn't an example of change from one Biblically defined kind to another; the flu virus changes into a different variety of flu virus, not into a parakeet.

There are fish that have lungs in fact. You kind of just lost your own argument with that one. Mud Guppies crawl out of the water and move around on the beach using their front fins like legs. It is very much like how fishes evolved to amphibians. Put the two together... you have a fish with both gills and lung, and you have a fish that walks on land.

Every person in the world has seen an ape give birth to a human. You know why? Because humans ARE apes. We are members of the Great Ape Family. We didn't evolve from any present day apes, we evolved from lesser developed apes.

Perhaps The Bible maybe considered depatable on human origins so I will set Genesis aside for the sake of argument. The Bible is widely accepted as a reasonable history of the ancient near east. Now the Bible talks of satyrs, unicorns and dragons, the Romans do the same thing. As a Darwinist can you show me the linage of the observed creatures? I am sure you can if your "theory" is true.

What exactly is a "kind." I know what a species, a class, an order, and a phylum is, but what exactly is a "kind?"

Why in the world would you assume that evolution means a virus would turn into a bird? It seems you have a very modest understanding of what evolution is. What do you call the change that takes place when the virus turns into another?

This is not how evolution works. Species evolve in groups, not individually over the course of a single generation.

As I said before, we have independent observers besides The Bible observing those creatures. Pliny for one. Why hasn't your "theory" explain them? Sounds like a gap in the fossil evidence to me friend.
