(Hebrews 4:12) "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

Do you understand what "quick" means in this context? It means ALIVE. It's like that cowboy movie "The Quick and the Dead." Hey, guess where they got that name from?

(Acts 10:42) "And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead."

So, The Word of God is as alive today as it ever was.

Does that mean.....if an object (such as a tennis ball) was fired from a machine in a controlled enviroment, (say inside a building) it could travel different distances at different times depending on God's will?

Sounds confusing but I'm sure this could also be tested scientifically to appease on the scientists out there!

If you were thinking of conducting your experiment in a vacuum the tennis ball would of course explode.

But there is more than one example of God halting the motion of bodies which secularists declare subject to Newton's laws of motion.

The point I'm trying to make is that only with belief does this prove anything, you could show a scientist countless passages from the holy book and they still insist on a precious science experiment to back it up.

To make the atheists and scientists all accept they are wrong you would have to prove it to them on their level which would mean a controlled science experiment where an object could be fired at the same velocity many times and then fall from the sky at different times.
How could the unbelievers then continue to disbelieve in God?

And that is exactly why secular "science" fails to prove anything, over and over again. The best they can come up with are unproven "theories." The difference between their craft, which amounts to little more than dressed-up occultism, and True Science™ is that we are able to verify our findings against Bible Facts given in the King James Authorized Version ©1611. Without verifying their findings against the Word of the very Creator of the world, the best secular "scientists" can come up with is unsubstantiated guesswork. They might as well be reading tea leaves or tossing spaghetti noodles against the wall.

True Science™ is that which derives from and/or corroborates the Word of God, which we know to be true. To deviate from the Word is to utter profane and vain babblings of false "science."

I thought the hope is more people could be converted and therefore avoid burning in the fiery pits of hell, I was just trying to see it from their point of view and help them see the light. I'm sure that's why we have missionaries, if you went about telling everyone they were fools then you wouldn't convert many lost souls.

Why did you have to go live with the slants just to study their language? I spend quite a bit of time over there preaching the Good News about Jesus, but they don't want to hear it. I am Blessed by God to pick up languages quickly.

Well I'm studying Chinese not Japanese, if you are gifted with languages you would have probably picked up on that. Everyone knows that the best way to learn a language is to live in the country, I've lived in Japan and China and can easily say Chinese is way harder to learn, you'd need about a year immersed in Japan to be pretty fluent, I'm sorry I don't believe your account of memorising the whole language in the time it took for your friend to go to the bathroom, it's laughable.

In fact, it's hard to know when you guys are joking, I'm sure that's just a joke you've made up on your biography for fun.
