Unless he redefines the term triangle he can't. Then it would no longer be what triangles actually are. Sticking to the definition of triangle as understood by every English speaking person, it cannot have four sides.

The purpose of language is to communicate. If God says that circles can have sides, then the definition of a circle as known by all of you is wrong because God actually wants to say it can have sides while the human definition says it cannot. So it's either you're all wrong or God's wrong. Or you have to redefine "circle" for yourselves, which would completely destroy the point of language, seeing as you wouldn't be able to communicate "circle" to anyone anymore.
