    Re: Saturn is incredibly small!

    try to guess, it's easy

However, I wanted to start a new thread but unfortunately I am not allowed to do it here. But I could open a new discussion in the introduction forum , if the topic about this tiny Italians interests you.

This looks like a common event, the picture shows indentations from previous planetary contacts. I think more research may be needed.

      Marvelous!

These are truly wonderful pictures. As I am more of a man with down to earth common sense and most certainly not astronomer, especially this picture raised one question in my mind. Is this phenomena known as meteorites connected to these planetary collisions with the moon?

It sounds logical that small fragments of moon will drop down to earth after these impacts, or is the surface of the moon some sort of elastic material that will only get dented after touching with planet.

Ok ... the picture I posted was just a joke, but I see that you don't understand.

And also that pictures of Saturn and Jupiter.

Yes you are totally correct Minollo, I couldn't agree more. When you look at the small achievements of man compared to the glory of God that you can see in these photos. It really does give you a humbling sense of perspective doesn't it.

Thank you for you comments Alphonse. The correct scientific name for a meteorite is 'shooting star'. These are stars that occasionally become dislodged from the firmanent and drop to Earth, as they are made from diamonds (carbon) they usually burn up in the atmosphere. They because visible when they turn back into burning coal (also carbon). In areas such as deserts these can sometimes be found resting on the surface. Some actually date back nearly 6000 years to the beginning of the universe.

However some of the falling rock may have come from the moon. I think it would have to have been quite a hard planetary inpact. One of the largest craters 'Copernicus' definitely looks like it could have been a source of such falling rocks. I think more work may need to be done on this subject.

Thank you for correcting me there. Shooting star. Got to remember that from now on, I have never been very good with the science terminology.

It is really interesting that you can actually find objects from the beginning of creation. It is mind-boggling to think that something can be as old as 6000 years.

                  Re: Saturn is incredibly small!

I have been doing further research and I think I may have found evidence of a 'cover up' amongst the heliocentric astronomers.

As you know the planets move within a very restricted zone with the firmament. Sometimes they with come very close to each other as my previous photos show, sometimes even bouncing off of each other. This got me thinking. Can you remember back in the 90's when there was an impact on the surface of Jupiter? It could be seen from Earth almost 500 miles away so was quite an thud. From my previous research you can see that Jupiter is quite large, probably several hundred yards across. Now the source of the impact was around 40 to 50 yards across. I have attached a photo below of the impact. Now what could have crashed into Jupiter??

                  Look at this,

                  1980's list of planets

                  Mercury
                  Venus
                  Earth
                  Mars
                  Jupiter
                  Saturn
                  Uranus
                  Neptune
                  Pluto

                  Current list of planets

                  Mercury
                  Venus
                  Earth
                  Mars
                  Jupiter
                  Saturn
                  Uranus
                  Neptune

                  Pluto has gone!!
                  It's bally well gone!
Children are now taught there are eight planets. When I was a child I remember there were definitely nine.
Pluto was clearly the source of the impact, no other explanation and it could only happen within a Closed Firmament system!

I was looking at pictures I have taken of the moon over the past few years and look what I have found hidden in the corner! Proof that Saturn is very, very small indeed. Luckily I got a nice clear photo before it went in front of the moon.

I think is has been established beyond any reasonable doubt that the Sun is 32 miles across. Based on this I am taking an educated guess that the moon must be 15 miles across roughly? (True Christians please correct me if I wrong on this point). Judging from this evidence I would say that Saturn can only be a few hundred yards across. A much more realistic size than 'science' would have you believe. I would be very interested in your views.

Saturn isn't a few hundred yards across. It's very very far away from Earth, which gives the illusion it's small.

Under that logic this picture proves that Earth is only a few yards across.

This is one of my favorite photos of all times. This was taken by the Cassini space probe currently orbiting Saturn. It caught Saturn as it was blocking the Sun illuminating even its faint outer rings. And that pale blue dot, enlarged by the white square is you, me and the rest of Earth.
