I don't hate Jesus or any of these guys in the bible. I'm looking for the answers how these people reason their believes in things.

I asked simple questions about flat earth and I don't get any answer. You only turn the topic to my salvation.

I asked if you believe earth is round, you don't answer, but turn the topic back "why I hate J?". It looks like you don't want to discuss this topic. I see this as a serious topic.

Friend, I read your question twice. You stated a friend in a 747 told you he flies flat and does not have to fly 'nose down' because the Earth is flat.

As a fellow small plane pilot (I have a little G550), I can tell you, the Earth is mostly flat with the exception of mountains. I have also tried to fly up into the upper firmament to see Heaven only to have God shut my engines off and send me back to Earth (a scary proposition, let me tell you).
A fun experiment to do that really shows the power of God in flight is to follow what appears to be a straight line on the ground. Fly perfectly straight. Watch the compass. It will move! You see, you think you are flying straight but God moves you to keep you within the bounds of the lower firmament. This is why when people 'think' they are flying around the world, they are really slightly turning all the time. This turning is a major cause of air sickness as people resist Gods Will.

mmm... Haven't seen J-guy walking on water (or turning it to wine) or any other miracle. I haven't seen anything that would prove bible to be true. It is old book writen in during long period of time (by many authors). And is also with contradictions as shown earlier in this thread. So bible in my POV is in same category with The Lord of The Rings. I prefer later.

And what comes to invisible men, I'm not sure if there is a bunch of these guys in my room now. At least I can't see them.. Maybe there is invisible men spying us. Who knows what US coverment is hiding from us. Roswell ufo, Area 51 etc..

Between Christians, Muslims, and Jews, about 5 billion people believe parts of the Bible (at least the Old Testament).
