If you scour the Earth for unicorns and find no unicorns it most definitely does NOT mean unicorns don't exist. It means you haven't found any unicorns yet.

Athiests seem to make a big deal out of why they don't believe in God, they go around bitching and moaning about practically everything ... like anything they have to say is actually important?? Seriously, why don't they quit their whining, and realise their lives could be so much more - if they just 'got with Jesus'.

Yes, Athiests are pretty pathetic. They're all such lonely angry hateful and bitter people, so I doubt they have many friends. But I wonder why they choose to be so miserable? When Jesus Christ offers them the chance to be Saved. The chance to be washed in his blood, and feel happy and whole and alive again! Glory! Glory to God! Only someone exceedingly stupid would you choose to reject that!

But no, these hateful grouches choose to wallow in their misery, instead coming up with far out reasons as to why 'they think' God doesn't exist! They write books about it, spread their hate across the interweb - because they're jealous of us! They're jealous of us Christians because we're happier than they'll ever be! Because we have God's promise of eternal salvation, and because we know we're going to Heaven! Halellujah!

Why do these grouchy grouches reject Christ? They see that all Christians are happy people, always smiling and full of God's love. But instead of wanting to be part of the blissful joy that is being Christian, they choose to attack us?? I don't understand it. Well first off, when we are confronted by religious nuts about our lack of faith, and begin to be threatened with such a silly threat such as hellfire, we have a right to get angry, we sure the hell do. Also, following the conclusion of this statement, it appears you are asserting that not only atheists are miserable, but all theists who don't believe in your God, this just reeks of lunacy.

One can take notice of Buddhists, some who don't even believe in a god. If you do your homework for once, rather than expecting God to do it for you, you'll come to the knowledge that these people manage to find happiness and peace with themselves even in poverty, detaching themselves from materialism and the infinite wisdom that wealth and luxury do not guarantee happiness. I see too many people in other religions who are apparently happy with their lives to be faking it. I fail to see any legibility in this statement. We tend to be happier when we realize if we want something done right, we do it ourselves, praying to your invisible sky daddy is not going to make things better for you, you're only convinced beyond hope it does.

Funny, the irony in this statement is priceless. Also, I happen to have many friends whom are atheist and theist alike. I'm guessing your assumption for this sprouts from you having a hard time making atheist friends with your absurdities, that is, if you even choose to think they're worth your time, which I'm confident is a fat, ugly no.

Atheists prefer to befriend people who aren't so judgmental towards people, and for good reason, and they don't regret it a single bit. I don't regret it, for I know all my friends are mostly sane people, as long as I can get along with them and they have no fault with me, then I have no fault with them, and they are all entitled to their own quirkiness and silliness, because people differ from one another.

Also, I can "think" that I'll feast with warriors in the grand halls of Valhalla when I die, but that sure doesn't mean I'm going there. I had no choice in being atheist, it was an autonomous process by application of rationality and skepticism to my worldview perspective as I ventured through adolescence. I once was Christian as you were, but in my late teens my doubts became overwhelming. I can't force myself to believe anymore then I can force myself not to believe.

Christians are happy people? You sure don't seem happy to me with your bitter, judgmental, depressing attitude. I see no "blissful" joy here, only solidified ignorance.

I don't see Christians smiling when some start to question things that can't be answered, and are made to believe they are born worthless humans because of what two naked people did thousands of years, and they didn't even know any better then a dog who wasn't potty trained!

As you will now learn, religion created this thing called "sin" as a guide for undisciplined sheep. Without the belief that we are all born immoral and wicked beings in need of salvation, the chains of religion that have choked our existence would finally be broken for good and humanity would be free of its secured limitations, and we may, for the very first time, to get along as a civilization for once without killing and creating unnecessary enemies over silly things like faith. This sounds like a much better plan then anything your man-made God could ever possibly conceive.

Who can live a happy life with the thought that such a precious and fragile thing as life, rare in the universe as it is, is destined to end in a pointless and unnecessary Armageddon that has been predicted numerous times since the times of Jesus' disciples? Not to mention how many people of your own faith bicker amongst each other, and how many different sects there are. Its pure comedy gold. You guys are going absolutely nowhere with this nonsense. We have come so far as a race, avoided impending disaster, created many philosophies, ideas, discoveries and exploration and expression of self through various art forms. Its beyond banal to think all this will come to an end one day.

I find much more happiness in the notion that humanity is capable of greater goods that do not require religion as prerequisite. One day, we will ALL develop the intellect to shun off religion as an ancient superstition, and advance towards the stars, if religion doesn't destroy us first.

Beforehand, we can still make discoveries to learn more facts of life, realize further more just how beautiful and terrifying the universe is, ease unnecessary suffering and intolerance amongst ourselves (which many of you are guilty for perpetuating), and cease stupid wars that stop us from making peace with each other. Do you think praying to thin air is going to get any of this done? Well you can pray all you want in your silly ways, while us atheists are actually getting stuff done, even with a smile on our face! Because I'm sure you know, if you want something done right, do it yourself!
