You need to include the type of intelligence tests used (there are none that are suited to assessing individual IQ) and the statistical analysis employed. Without those everything you've posted is meaningless.

The article you reference doesn't give the mathematics either.
It mentions an academic journal (and the LSE ), but doesn't cite a reference as such. Not one.

Only false Christians believe that God is omnibenevolent. God hates some people:

Psalm 5:5
The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity

When accidents and the like (or 'evil') happens it does so because God wants it to happen. This doesn't mean that God is malevolent, however. He loves True Christians(tm). The people who die in natural disasters deserve to die because they have provoked Him.

For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.

It could of course also be that the parents of the children who die have provoked God:

Man, I get so tired of these Philosophy 101 kids. They see that line, think it is brilliant and spout it off. What they fail to realize is God can do anything He wants. He can also do nothing. He gave man free will and therefore often remains on the sidelines like a good coach. Facepalming when man fails, cheers when man succeeds and from time to time, will trip the opposition if the guy with the ball runs close to the sideline.
