When I first saw this thread I thought it was a sick joke, but I now I can see that it’s worse. You’re being piffleing serious.

Yeah, sure. Over 10000 people will gather to write half a million posts over the course of a decade just to keep "the joke" running. The real shock is that True Christians™ demonstrate that the Bible and logic are not mutually exclusive. Rather: the Bible is logical if you read it literally instead of injecting your own opinions.

Another hypothetical situation I have for you. Let’s say that your married daughter walks the streets alone one night and immorally allows herself to be raped by an unfortunate man who was overcome with lust by her sinfully tempting ways, and she falls pregnant. I believe that the bible says that both your daughter and the victim (rapist) should be stoned to death. However, I believe the bible also says jesus will damn all murderers? So, ignoring law, and listening to the bible, what should you do to appease your spiteful god?

You can't ignore the law. Unfortunately, due to our secular laws (Thanks, B. Hussein Osama ) it is illegal to stone people to death. If we were to ignore the law, we would stone them to death, because it is not murder, but capital punishment for the crimes of rape and having sex outside of marriage. Capital punishment is legal and is therefore not murder.

Because of our laws, we can not stone them to death. But we can be sure that Jesus will damn them to Hell, which is pretty good too.
