7But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.” 8Again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9When they heard it, they began to go out one by one, beginning with the older ones, and He was left alone, and the woman, where she was, in the center of the court. 10Straightening up, Jesus said to her, “Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?” 11She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said, “I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on sin no more.”]

What if it was your wife or daughter would you feel the same knowing that they never went out without being covered?

My point was exactly that.... read all of the scripture before you decide that you are on the level with God to make his judgments for him. No man, Woman or child can condemn anyone to hell for something that happened to them. Having been a rape victim myself I find this disgusting. I was raped in my home in my bed while I slept and my children were in the next room does this make me a whore too because someone entered my home and violated me while I was defenseless? I did nothing to encourage this advance how is this my fault? I do not agree with Abortion but I also to not believe in condemning a person for events that happened to them at the hand of another person.

    Luke 6
37“Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. 38“Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.” 39And He also spoke a parable to them: “A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit? 40“A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher. 41“Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? 42“Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye. 43“For there is no good tree which produces bad fruit, nor, on the other hand, a bad tree which produces good fruit. 44“For each tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they pick grapes from a briar bush. 45“The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.

You make it sound like being raped is a good thing if it results in a pregnancy.

Any and all advice on what I can say to convince this girl to do the right thing would be great. Should I start with the basics ?

"Whore, you'll burn in Hell for all eternity - unless you marry your rapist"??

Or should I go for a more subtle approach??

For all of you uneducated and simple minded rapist supporters Here are your scriptures. The fact that any of you could consider yourselves Christian is beyond me. I worship a god that is Just, Kind, Loving, and yet Vengeful. That "POOR RAPIST" was self seeking when he defiled that girl. The most sickening portion of all of this is the fact that you would even consider forcing one person into a bond of marriage with a bastard who wants nothing more than to satisfy his own desires of the flesh.

2 chronicles 19:7 “Now then let the fear of the LORD be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the LORD our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe.”

I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.Isaiah 14:30 The poorest of the poor will find pasture, and the needy will lie down in safety. But your root I will destroy by famine; it will slay your survivors.Isaiah 16:5 In love a throne will be established; in faithfulness a man will sit on it--one from the house of David--one who in judging seeks justice and speeds the cause of righteousness.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

There is no excuse for stupidity anyone can cut portions of scripture to bend it to what they want

Genesis 34:7 Now the sons of Jacob came in from the field when they heard it; and the men were grieved, and they were very angry because he had done a disgraceful thing in Israel by lying with Jacob’s daughter, for such a thing ought not to be done.

I did, and guess what I found:

Matt. 5:17-18: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Heaven and earth give every indication of still being here.

No he didn't. find me that commandment. Chapter and verse.

As for "with [only] one commandment" I actually gasped when I heard that.
John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Mark 12:29-31 The first of all the commandments is...thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these

1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Ephesians 5:11 Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord

Ephesians 5:24 As the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing

1 Peter 3:1-5 Wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation [behavior] of the wives; while they behold your chaste conversation [behavior] with fear. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; but let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands

I think if I go on I'm rather labouring the point if I listed all 180.

I'll tell you exactly what to do. Maybe when you get to the end of the Old Testament, instead of putting the Bible down for the night, read a little bit of the New Testament. There is not a single sane person in the entire world that would want to marry someone that forced them to have sex. You're crazy to even suggest that such horrid actions take place. That "poor soul" you keep talking about is a monster. When Jesus died for our sins, he left us with one commandment: Love thy neighbor as I have loved you. When you do that, everything else falls into place. You would kill someone you loved, right? Would you steal from someone you loved? No? Then why would you rape them? Good for her for wanting to persecute a criminal and a sinner. Shame on you for furthering her torment, and shame on all of you who agree with this lunatic.

    Dear Godmocking Whore;

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule of worshiping satan and spreading your legs for anyone with a dollar to post this hateful message. The Holy Bible tells us that we are actually Blessed by your persecution! Thanks for proving that we're right.

Matthew 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Enjoy hell. I know that Jesus and I can't wait to watch you burn in hell for all eternity. Oh, how we'll laugh at you as you scream in agony! Shout Glory!!

    YIC,

The amazing part is Didymus here is a rank unbeliver. A secularist doomed to eternal ass rape in Hell, yet he get it, this isn't what we TRUE Christians(tm) (as in white, Republican, Baptist) make up, this is actual teaching of the Bible. Instead Dorkthumper there has to throw a hissy and scream that were making it up.

No. Marry your rapist is God's law. He made it, we only follow it.
