Well Ezekiel I don't know much about the Bible but some of my friends tell me that something called "evangelism" is supposed to be important to christians. I think that's where you tell me the reasons why I should consider taking Jesus "into my heart" or something like that. Didn't Jesus command you to go out into all the world and tell the good news to unsaved people like me? I am completely baffled by your hostility. Where is your christian charity and love?

God does not teach us to love demons. That's what hell is for.

And don't try and tell me to love my neighbor, because I sure don't have any godmocking atheistic neighbors.

You don't love demons? That's what I would expect because they are not real but I am. You are supposed to love me, right? Because I am real. When you post these cute little animations of some tiny blue ball with eyes turning and burning in hell I must admit they are amusing. Did you mean it that way? We are really much alike Ezekiel. I realize that may anger you but I hate a lot of people just like you do. I agree that slavery is acceptable, like you. You think God hates cripples (yes I read through some of your other beliefs). Now I don't think that God hates anything as an atheist because we don't even believe he exists. I do agree that the weak and malformed should be nuked in the womb after genetic testing so the species will become stronger and better able to survive. Sounds like you would agree with me according to your posts because you see no use for cripples either. We really are a lot alike. Sorry if this angers you, but honestly it's a compliment. I have an IQ of 157 so you are in good company!

I don't have any love for the institution of slavery on a personal level, but it is Bible ordained. I would never participate in such a barbaric thing like eugenics, but the Bible would likely be in favor of those things.

William Nathaniel. You are the first fundamentalist on these boards that expressed a desire to save me. The rest have told me to leave this web site. At least you are showing some consistency with what you say the Bible teaches.

I applaud you for your stance on survival of the fittest (you call it slavery) even if you don't agree at a personal level, at least you have the guts to come out in public to write that the Bible agrees with the atheists on this topic. Most atheists are dishonest about this and feign some kind of milk toast morality. I am an honest atheist so I tell you now that slavery is consistent with the evolutionary argument. We all need to sharpen our minds here and admit to the implications of what we say we beleive. No wonder there is so much confusion!

Anyway, being an atheist still sends you to Hell after you die, even though your views on slavery are righteous. This is because, according to God, righteousness doesn't matter, only faith does:

Dear True, it's not me confusing you, it's my fellow atheists who are not being honest with you about their views. Honest atheists do not hold to weak-minded views about "human dignity" or "human rights". There is no such thing. These are morality based constructs to make us feel better about ourselves. Yes I have heard nonsense like this from both fellow atheists and from some christians who say these ideas are found in the bible. Until now I assumed that's what all christians believed. So if your Bible teaches no such thing as you claim I say Bravo. We agree!

Yet you still claim I am going to hell. One of my co-workers at the lab plays this insidious music, which unfortunately company policy says he is permitted to play it at a low level. One of the songs says something like "you are the only jesus I see" or somthing like that. At least that is true enough. Unlike Oral Roberts, I've never seen an 800 foot vision of jesus so you christians are all I see. If you want me to believe then you need to show me something different. So far most of what you preach I believe already, although not because of the bible but because of evolution.

I do believe a few were married but marriage is nothing more than a construct of the religious right. The science of evolution enlightens us and we can see that the fit will breed and propogate their genes above the less fit. As a PhD and Physicist and with a recorded IQ of 157 I have always felt it was my duty to breed with as many women as possible. My superior intellect will enable the human race to be better fit for survival. I was doing these ladies a favor not only by pleasuring them to a greater degree than their husbands were able to accomplish but also their husbands will now have more intelligent offspring than they would have otherwise had. They shoudl be thanking me.

At least the christians around my office who play annoying music in their cubicles about how "they are the only jesus we see" seem to be troubled by souls buring in hell forever. The christians here seem to take glee in it. I don't put stock in any of it as an atheist but I find the differences in christians fascinating and at least the christians in my office show some modicum of care.

You and your bretheren on this site seem to at least agree with me on the issue of slavery. I see it as an outcome of natural selection; the strong dominating the weak. You see it as having biblical support. Either way we agree on the outcome. However you seem to have no interest whatsover in saving sould like my cubicle-mates do and you even take enjoyment in the eternal suffering of the damned. Fascinating.

Fascinating. I seem to recall my office christian saying something about it not being god's will that anyone go to hell and I think he had a verse for it too, like you have a verse for this. I am puzzled how I should know who to believe in this matter. Although I don't beleive in morailty I do adhere to a certain civility and it seems to me that the office christians have it over you on that count.
