God gives us our gender (according to the Bible), along with specific, detailed instructions about how women are to be treated. He's just going along with what God commands (like almost two billion people on the Earth do, or at least claim to).

uh...hi...I'm a daughter. and I really don't want to be raped. My father is a christian man and he'd never let that happen. I think you all need to take a step back from yourselves and realize that letting someone take advantage of your daughter is not the right thing to do at all.
