    *snip*

Where is the word "snake" mentioned in the Bible?

Adam did not have a mother. There were no women in the world at that time and he lived in a sinless condition. Death did not exist. When God created Eve everything changed because she thought she knew better than God (she was wrong):

I TIMOTHY 2:14 And Adam was not deceiued, but the woman being deceiued was in the transgression:

That brought sin into the world and with sin came death. Now wholly under the influence of SATAN she seduces Adam to his peril - and Adam became the first man to sin:

ROMANS 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sinne entred into the world, and death by sin: and so death passed vpon all men, for that all haue sinned..
    ©1611

You seem to imagine that we still live in a sinless world where all things are "equal" (according to their status) and where nobody suffers for things they "haven't done" — but that is not the world described for us BY GOD who actually made it, in The Bible.

Children for 4 generations punished: Numbers 14:18
Children punished unto 10 generations: Deuteronomy 23:2
Contamination through "cross-cultural" marriage opens up the possibility of even more enduring retribution: Deuteronomy 23:3
Progeny degraded in perpetuity due to Canaan earning himself a curse (although not present when the vile act took place): Genesis 9

GENESIS 9:19-29 These are the three sonnes of Noah: and of them was the whole earth ouerspread. And Noah began to bee an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard. And he dranke of the wine, and was drunken, and hee was vncouered within his tent.
And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakednesse of his father, and told his two brethren without. And Shem and Iaphet tooke a garment, and layed it vpon both their shoulders, and went backward, and couered the nakednesse of their father, and their faces were backward, and they saw not their fathers nakednesse. And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his yonger sonne had done vnto him.
And he said, Cursed bee Canaan: a seruant of seruants shall hee be vnto his brethren. And hee saide, Blessed bee the LORD God of Shem, and Canaan shalbe his seruant. God shall enlarge Iaphet, and he shal dwel in the tents of Shem, and Canaan shalbe his seruant. And Noah liued after the flood, three hundred and fifty yeeres. And all the dayes of Noah were nine hundred & fifty yeeres, and he died.

We do not know what transgression may have resulted in the affliction of children you regard as "innocent" or in what generation it may have occurred, but God is clear about the cause SIN and it is not necessary for anyone to form some "opinion" on the subject.

You have done so, and like Eve you think you know better than God. But now you are unable to plead ignorance of God's Word because I have posted scripture for you and linked to other passages. Joshua and Judges are two books which are very helpful in learning to appreciate God's Plan for Salvation and how important it is to accept His Perfect Love.
    Sin can not be accommodated.
    JOSHUA
    JUDGES
    Praise Him

I think you should watch a video called the Evolution of Satan. Satan was not the one who tempted eve in the garden, it was a snake. There are several different meanings of Satan in the bible. satan=Agent of destruction or punishment. This was used in several places to describe normal people betraying someone (becoming a satan) against them. It was also used to describe adversaries or rivals. There is also the definition of hassatan, or the satan. This was the first example of a non-human satan. This version of satan can't act outside of god's permission, has limited powers and is not the same satan mentioned in the new testament. In the new testament, Satan is a proper noun in the hebrew, and becomes the full blown opposer and ultimate evil that we see him as now. This is all taken from the original hebrew of the bible, so it's accurate.

What are you talking about? Cells? Chromosomes? GAY IS A CHOICE?!?! I think not. Friend you have been fooled by the lies of satanists err scientists…Well same thing really. Chromosomes, and cells aren't real. None of that bogus science is. How dare you suggest i wake up thinking that men are sexually attractive that is a violation of Leviticus 18:22 Exodus 20:14, and Matthew 5:32.

I really don't understand what's so difficult. Demom possession has been known about for centuries now, it's really well extablished, confirmed by both Jesus (God) and Luke (a doctor) as has been posted many times. The administration of Bridewell was Christian and they knew how to identify demoniacs. We have many written records and also the more readily accessible record of Hogarth:

Hogarth is regarded as a keen observer and a reliable source. Harlots are demon possessed of course as explained in The New Testament, I believe that particular demon is called Solicit. Many other "syndromes" and "conditions" described by the atheistic physicians of today are very plainly identified by Jesus (and Luke) as possessing demons. And the proof of the pudding is in the eating. At Jesus' word, they departed and the formerly possessed person is clothed (after getting dressed I suppose), sane and in their right mind, just as God intended. Is it seriously being suggested that demon possession is involuntary?

Sometimes I despair of this wretched world. Thank God for Jesus.
Mark 6:13 And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them. KJV . context

Good grief, you Jesus-haters are always wanting to probe.

Of COURSE I choose to be normal, DUH!

Sure, there was a time when I pursued the sodomite deathstyle (after a prostate exam that went horribly wrong), but once Jesus offered to cleanse me with His sweet, sweet blood, I chose to be normal again.

A machine? Son, have you ever heard of Occam's Razor? It states that among competing hypotheses, the simpler hypothesis should be selected. Between your "machine engineering parents who are too lazy to teach manners but hard working enough to build DNA mutating machines," and Cranky's fact that that some people are simply too lazy to study, too lazy to work and even too lazy to wipe their own butts, which one do you honestly think is simpler?

The answer is simple. We love the LORD our God with all our hearts, minds, and souls. We want to please the LORD, and so we avoid what He hates, such as rational thinking.

What are year here for? Simply to ride rough shod over our most cherished beliefs?

This is a Christian site where, honest, hardworking Christians come to fellowship about Jesus and the Bible and why Jesus' temporary sacrifice was so needed to save us from the Lake of Fire for our transgressions angainst Jesus.

Our Christian love extends to all who would worship and praise Jesus.

It is clear that you are hurting and maybe someone has done something to you but transfering that hate to other people you happen to diasagree with is not the way.

Ask your self this: why did Jesus bring you here?
