Dear, this forum doesn't exist to argue points. It exists to praise Jesus, glorify His Holy Name, and expose the beauty and majesty of the Holy Bible.

If you don't want us to go against our core beliefs, why argue against them?

It doesn't matter what you or I think, dear. It matters only what the LORD thinks. No one else has the power to offer eternal damnation, or eternal salvation, so whatever anyone else thinks is rather irrelevant. Don't you think?

The Bible says that God will cure true believers of all their illness, disease, and ailments. If these "christians" have symptoms that do not go away, logic dictates that they are not really Christians.

James 5:15-16 "15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. 16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

People CHOOSE to be fools because they hate learning i.e. lazy.

Then they aren't really Christian, now are they?

So too was the theory of Lamarkian evolution, but that didn't make it true.

In any case, the LORD gave all men free will to choose to accept Jesus as the Christ, raised from the dead to save those who believe (Romans 10:9), or choose to go to Hell for all eternity. All this talk of DNA (which not everyone has faith in anyway) is pointless.

Cracking open someone's bones may be a deterrent from being a Mongol but it does not solve the issue of personal responsibilty.

If a child learns it can drool into it's soup or hoot and holler like a monkey and fling it's business at people without punishment how do you expect it to behave?

Even so, there is no way to voluntarely do this without massive amounts of money.
What are you talking about? Stem cell research is just another way to kill babies.

Look as you are about 21 or 22 years old I don't expect you to know the ins and outs of the discussion but you do at least some research before posting.

I take it you have never heard of epigenetics

These people do in fact go to school. They try to get an education, their parents force them to try to learn, but they are physically incapable of earning at the rate in which most kids learn.

I am not entirely sure how obesity got put into the discussion.

But this stunted growth is not to do with how they eat. there is no correlation between how nutritious the food of a person is and whether they become afflicted with down syndrome. And there is no way that the behavior of a person will change the DNA in every one of their cells to give an extra copy of an entire chromosome. Even modern science can not do that yet
