What you'll find if you actually read the Bible instead of copy/pasting scripture-twisting nonsense is that it speaks plainly and is a simple set of direct instructions on how to live your life.

Just so you all know, down syndrome means you have an extra chromosome. It's completely impossible to fake an extra chromosome.

And you can tell when a baby's about two months old if they have it or not. Babies can't fake facial expressions.
Down syndrome is a real condition and the people who have it should be treated just like people who dont.

Cancer is a choice as well. Once you get it you can simply pray to Jesus to get it removed. If you don't do that, it's clearly your own choice to have cancer. I got cancer 2 times already and praying fixed it each and every time.
