Of course there was medicine before the age of medicine. The "age" of medicine refers to a golden time of it where there was huge breakthroughs in it. Before the age, (1930s to 1950s) medicare really just sucked.

There was no Medicare before 1966, so it couldn't have sucked. Also, are you suggesting that the golden age of medicine has already ended? No major breakthroughs after 1950's?

The origin of this "VaCcInEs CaUsE aUtIsM" thing originated from a paper done in the 1990s that "claimed" vaccines cause autism. It made a connection between the Rubella, mumps, and measles vaccines to malabsorption in the gut leading to autism. It was later proven false and a fraud by 25 international research papers involving large population groups.

These "scientists" and "international research papers" are all Democrats. A large percentage of "scientists" are atheists. If they cannot see the truth in the Republican Party or in Jesus their opinions on vaccinations are worthless.

We who know the truth simply see autism in people who have been vaccinated. Jesus was not vaccinated. He did not have autism. You really are Thick.

It worries me when people talk about "different opinions" and "the [such-and-such] debate" when matters have been settled for years. Or centuries.

• Disease is caused by sin.
  
• Christians do not sin.
  
• Christians do not get diseases.

Before conversion, obviously, things were different. Born vile and remaining vile with a single option: becoming even more revolting to God by blaspheming The Holy Ghost. Followed by death.

That means disease was possible. Some disease (such as chickenpox) have lingering results and let's face it no-one wants Tsutsugamushi. We know that God overcomes all this through prayer. Whether or not the after effects of a disease caused by sin are removed spontaneously at the moment of conversion or require a specific prayer when they appear is for The Pastors to address but what is settled is the 100% efficacy rate of prayer in preventing disease.

To get a "Flu Shot" is the same as telling God you consider Him a liar. Not a little white liar affecting just one or two people by telling them it's OK to go a Buddhist funeral if their old aunt was a buddhist or that if Nisbert can't take his eyes off Cyprian in the park they can have a little kissy-poos it doesn't matter if they catch the gay. Because only that niece would be joined to an idolatrous ritual, only Cyprian and Nisbert would be celebrating abomination.

Getting a "Flu Shot" is calling God a big fat liar over thousands and thousands of years. Because it's the same lie about prevention going back to at least The Exodus, millions of people deceived, the same lie taught by Jesus and perpetuated by The Apostles. Once you decide God is a liar, lies is all you have.

God is perfect. His word is pure.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

No-one who's full of truth tells lies. It would be impossible for them to lie. How to prevent the flu is not up for debate. It's settled once and for all Christians. What God revealed to Moses He also confirmed through Christ. That is why Christians cannot become ill and whether or not after effects from sinful lives remain and require specific prayer, no vaccine is required for those who trust Jesus.

Of course if you don't trust Him then you have no right to call yourself a Christian. First though you'd need to know what He said.

Here we are in March. No one in Freehold had a flu shot. No one had the flu. In other cities around here most everyone had flu shots. Lots of people are sick with the flu.

How can anyone make the argument flu shots help people stay well? Scientific observations here tell us praying to Jesus is more effective.

I spoke with my sister today. She's taken her children to the pharmacy to get Flu Shots. She says this is the worst flu season in years, supposedly since the Swine Flu. She worries that her children might come down with the flu at school. I reminded her that Jesus gave us a metaphorical flu shot when He died on the Cross for us, and all she needs to do is turn her life over to Him and compel her children to do the same.

She started to argue with me until I pulled out my Holy Bible and spoke the Word over her talking. Jesus tells us that hearing Scripture will beget Faith (Romans 10:17), and while I'm still waiting for her Faith to kick in, I thought I'd share here the Scripture Verses I shared with her. By the end of our conversation I was screaming and she had hung up on me, but the verses are still good. I would encourage any True Christian™ to go to their local pharmacy with your children and recite these aloud. If the heretical Salvation Army can stand outside the pharmacy with their stupid bells at Christmastime, we can stand outside the pharmacy with our megaphones.

It's never certain how much information has been read when replying to questions. In this case we'd been treated to several sources addressing a claim that vaccines are efficacious. In addition there'd been some examples of what passes for "valid," all of which I was seeking to clarify. Any inappropriate response from me due to not understanding someone else's position would be unfair.

There had been a number of claims about vaccines with no supporting evidence that I could see and not wishing to dismiss a system of logic without checking it out a simple question was easy to ask. An abridged version of the exchange follows:

I was anxious not to judge our visitor by unfamiliar standards—after all not everyone knows about Jesus and, even if they do, may elect to follow different criteria—so applied a criterion already established in this case for which reason the links [ABOVE] were unacceptable, as I'd explained:

Just to reiterate: those links were unacceptable by poster's own standard. Nit-pickers will insinuate that such publications are not "books" so a little extra is warranted.

Firstly, the 1st link. This goes to a Health & Human Services[sic] department. Like many journals what they publish is online and paper copies are not always available. In this case however I'm happy to post a picture in lieu of 1,000 words. I have nevertheless read the words. Vaccines are very thoroughly treated.

Secondly, the 3rd link. This, together with its sister publications.—.one of which is proffered in the 2nd link.—.erupt from a "National Foundation for Infectious Diseases" whatever that is. Does it come in books? Yes.

Now back to the latest interrogative. Quick perusal of the thread will show I have not claimed that vaccines are beneficial. Yet even using their own criteria as to what constitutes evidence, no evidence has been forthcoming. Even though I've read it. And determined what printed material is available. Whether it's in "book" form, just for nit-pickers, and what nits they'd need to be!

All the evidence fails. Not by God's standard (although obviously by His Stated Wisdom prevention is better than cure and prevention is effected through prayer) but by the very standard wretches themselves declare! Do they ever actually read anything? Even their own links? Christians have a relevant source. If you don't like it, you don't like it. Secularists have different sources. Please adjust your outlook to align with your claims. Because if you don't, people will assume your claims are worthless.

It's easy to understand the claims. Just read the source material.
