Reprove also does not mean mock. At the most it means point out the flaws of in a shameful manner. In the context of the bible, it means to point out the flaws of their belief and/or lifestyle. Reprove has a positive connotation, whereas insult has a negative connotation. Everything I've seen posted in this manner has been negative, nor constructive.

Also, in none of those verses were the "harsh words" insults. They were for reprove and rebuke sake, not to blindly insult someone. Jesus didn't walk up to any random person and call them trash. Jesus didn't call anyone non-christian a queer or equate them to a homosexual. The difference is that he spoke harshly to those who deserved it; you people jump to insult people even with views similar to yourselves.
