I would simply like to state that I was once agnostic, and your comment which is ignorant and unfounded (Hard to believe it came from a fellow christian) that I must now revert back to agnosticism, because I cannot believe that you have to aggressively push your personal opinions on others to be Christian. If that is what God would want from me, then I am sorry, but I will not disrespect another's personal beliefs and go against my morality just because you all wish me to.

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.

Trust me sweetsweetlordy, I have confirmed that these are right-winged extremists. If they are not, than I fail to see how so many share their opinions. This is why I preferred being agnostic (Before anyone calls me a heathen, research what agnosticism is).

2 Timothy 4:2 "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."

And it's not their opinion, it's God's (according to the Bible).

Again, THE BIBLE SAYS TO if you want to go to Heaven. These people are just telling you that. If you accept it and become Christian, they'll be happy for the new friend, but if not, they realize that Jesus said that most people are going to Hell anyways:

Matthew 7:14 "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."

And they'll get over any disappointments once they get to Heaven:

Psalm 2:4 "He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: The Lord shall have them in derision."

Wow there is quite a bit of atheist hate on this site. First I would like to say I am an atheist and I am currently reading the KJV bible and I am proud to say I am reading at above a 12th grade level. To answer your main question I am not an atheist because I "simply cannot understand God" but because I don't believe that there is any good evidence for him, and in regards to some of the other things I've seen on this site( not particularly in this post) is that people are often accused of being devil worshipers and communists. May I be one to say that not all atheists are communists, many are not myself included(I mean I am not a communist in case that was unclear), nor are any atheists devil worshipers because they do not believe in the devil.

First off I don't hate God I don't believe in him there is a difference and second you cannot prove that God exists on the fact that the bible says so. To consider the bible as proof you first have to believe it is true, which I do not. And this is circular reasoning because you are saying "God exists because the bible says so and God says the bible is true."

Yes but when I say I exist I am telling you personally I am not telling someone who told someone who told someone who told someone who told someone who told someone who eventually decided to write it down(not forgetting that there would be many more someone's in this chain I just don't know all of them off the top of my head). More importantly there is far more proof that I exist than God. For one I have a birth certificate a driver's license a passport and I am registered for Selective Service. Those are four reasons that anyone in the government knows that I exist. In fact there was proof for me before I could say anything.
