Female Breadwinners

Fox host Lou Dobbs and several Fox contributors -- all men -- lamented news that a record number of women are now the economic breadwinners of their families. The Fox figures worried about the dissolution of American society and nature.
Pew Research released a study on May 29 which found mothers are the primary or sole breadwinner in a record 40 percent of all American households with minor children. Pew's report considered both single mothers and married mothers who earned a higher income than their husbands.
On his Fox business program, Dobbs described the Pew study as "showing that women have become the breadwinners in this country, and a lot of other concerning and troubling statistics." He went on to call the report suggestive of "society dissolv[ing] around us."
Fox contributor Juan Williams agreed, calling record female breadwinners indicative of "something going terribly wrong in American society":

Remember the good old days, wife in the kitchen, cooking the dinner, making sandwiches, looking after the kids…

When even a Darkie sees the truth in this, you can’t really argue.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing amiss with widows sewing a few clothes, selling pies, or similar. Likewise older unmarried daughters can earn the odd dollar teaching younger children, etc., but a woman boss? A woman flying an airplane? A woman doctor? A female accountant? I think not.

Women are incapable of tasks more complicated than cooking dinner or replacing diapers.

I'll never have any woman work a day in her life. They simply are not capable f doing real work. My wife, Mrs. Hutchins has the life of leisure. She rolls out of bed (sometimes after 4!) in the morning and visits the animals in the barn, collect eggs, fresh cream and bacon. Then saunters into her deluxe kitchen and makes a nice breakfast. Then she lightly dusts, washes floors, does laundry until it is lunch time. A nice bacon sandwich or egg salad for the little gang and off to the barn to milk cows (she just loves to pull on things), tend the horses and slaughter chickens. Then when she is ready, back to the kitchen by late afternoon to prepare a evening meal for her 40 or so children and me. Then she relaxes by doing some sewing and cleaning and in bed in her room by 10 pm, every night. No wife of mine is ever going to hold a job. She simply could not handle it.

My wife is a bread winner - hands down. Her raisin bread is of legend in Freehold!!

Titus 2:5 clearly states women make the bread....at home.

Sounds delicious! Everyone should be doing what they are called to do and what they have been designed to do. When everybody is where they belong, everything gets done right and there is order and peace all around. Isaiah 3:12 is a great reminder of what happens when women forget their place...

Let's just say it didn't end well. Then he told me like all women, I'm worthless. I deserved it for trying to do his "job".

A great post, indeed. The women of Freehold really do "have it all". They are provided nice homes to spend their days and nights in and husbands to take care of.

The workplace is something they don't need.
