Your being a bit unreasonable. Some women deserve to be raped. Rape can be very helpful to some women. A woman who claims to be a lesbian might never be cured if some man doesn't take the time to rape her. What about sluts and teases? Surely they are asking for it and if a woman asks for something it's only polite to give it to her.

Exactly! In addition, woman may be raped because of her sins (Isaiah 13:11), because of the sins of her ancestors (Deuteronomy 5:9), or just because God wants her to suffer (1 Peter 3:17, Thessalonians 3:4, Isaiah 45:7).

The problem with your logic is that slut-celebrating doesn't work. More and more girls grow up to emulate Paris Hilton and try to out-skank each other. And for what? A little attention? When that attention doesn't work, they do whatever they can to lure a man, be it dressing like a slut, walking down a street at night, getting drunk and passing out, or even become employed and work in an office.
