Advice on Ouija Boards: exactly how dangerous can they be?

I've been asked about this by an acquaintance who has an interest in chess and other board games. I seem to remember sister Thumper perhaps mentioning them in the past. (Might be wrong there).

Exactly what are the do's and don't regarding this?

Ouija boards are of the devil himself, and the Bible is extremely clear on the matter:

And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people. -Leviticus 20:6

There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch. -Deuteronomy 18:10

And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? -Isaiah 8:19

As the Bible tells us, it is abominable and frankly dangerous to use Ouija boards. As we can see, wizards, witches, familiar spirits, and divination are REAL!

It is the devil who is behind the Ouija board, it is him that sends his demons into the board to possess your soul!

As Isaiah indicates, it is much more practical to turn to GOD for the answers to your questions; much safer to leave your life in His hands. Otherwise, He will have to kill you.

While we are not permitted to talk about due to privacy concerns Ouija Boards are the leading cause of demonic rape in the city of Freehold, Iowa. In case after undisclosed case it is the same: some "dabbler" in the occult gives an unsuspecting young woman an Ouija board because it is "fun". The next thing you know that young woman is raped repeatedly by some demon summoned by the board over a long weekend the very second her parents are out of town and all the liquor in the house is drunk.

Don't be raped McUinnean, stay away from Ouija boards.

That's verily helpful. I will pass on the message, myself lacking the scripture when asked.

Thoroughly penetrating thought that demonic rape uses the ouija board as a tool for is evil acts.

Apart from scripture and faith, are there any physical defences that can protect or contain their powers, perhaps a plastic bin bag, or some kind of box?

My grandmother once told me of a demonic repossession (a neighbour who couldn't afford to pay the bank the payments on the house, cursed the manager, who consequently cam back as a spirit to haunt and repossess both her and the abode), and those were the exact words she said the woman would utter when foaming at the mouth and speaking in tongues.
