Thing is, I was very angry to come here and see that left-handed people were being spoken about in such a way, when it's how they were born, not out of choice, very few of them are evil people who worship Satan, and most of them have done nothing wrong... except, maybe not being 'extremely religious', which is no crime (or certainly not with me). Luckily most of us have accepted left-handed people as a part of society, and realized it is okay to be different, and those who haven't are the ones causing the problems, not the left-handed people themselves. So to more accurately describe my method of 'fighting', I am voicing an opinion. I want to show my support to those who condemned this belief here, while having a go at those who are for it. Plus, how is this is a private forum? It's on the web, I found it, it's public.

I think I can remember one from primary school who was very annoying, but that's about it, really. I can think of many other great friends who are left-handed. But it's the same with everyone - some right-handed people are very nice, others are assholes. It works exactly the same way with left-handed people. There is no difference.


Anyway, we all know this forum is not my place, so I definitely won't be posting very much more. I've seen threads here about homosexuality being wrong, and what I think of that is pretty much the same as what I think of this thread. Also, some of the people here who are anti-religious and come here with the intention of attacking it, to call them "Enemies of God" or wish them well a very short trip to SATAN's Lair, I think you should be aware that to be associated with Satan is exactly what they want.

We are not interested in your silly fairy tales about distant galaxies and space ships traveling to Mars. We are here for fellowship and praise with other Christians. The Bible presents the right hand as the hand of strength (Exodus 15:6; Psalm 118:16). Sitting at someone’s right hand is considered a position of honor (Psalm 110:1). The right hand is consistently valued over the left hand in Scripture (Genesis 48:13-18; Galatians 2:9). What does this mean about left-handedness? Is being left-handed considered a curse or a weakness? No. The Bible’s emphasis on “the right hand” is simply a reflection of reality. The dominant arm is almost always stronger than the other arm, and 85-90 percent of people are right-handed. So, in the vast majority of people, the right hand is stronger. Thus, the Bible uses the right hand as a symbol of strength and honor.

This does not carry any negative connotations for left-handed people. It is simply a matter of symbolism. Whenever the Bible mentions left-handed people, it does not present left-handedness as a weakness. Ehud, a judge of Israel and a mighty warrior, was left-handed (Judges 3:15-21). Judges 20:16 mentions 700 left-handed warriors who could “sling a stone at a hair and not miss.” First Chronicles 12:2 seems to reference bowmen who were ambidextrous. When the Bible refers to left-handed people, it speaks of left-handedness as an advantage, not a weakness.

While it is not as honorable as sitting at someone’s right hand, sitting at the left hand is still a position of honor (Matthew 20:21). Sitting immediately to a person’s left was considered the second-most honorable position. It was not as if everyone to the right was more honored than those to the left. With the above side by side comparison we can see how a prankster manipulated photo with computer software. Important details were missed in the process.
1 The hair of First Lady was parted on the other side in comparison to the original photo.
2 At the lower right of the flipped photo in comparison to the lower left of the original photo notice the decorations on the US Marine standing behind the President. On proper military uniforms ribbons are worn on the left side.
3 Both the President and Mrs. Obama wear wedding rings on their left hands, which would have been visible on the original had they used those hands for the salute. The rings on the right photo were painted onto the fingers.
4 The area in the yellow circle on the flipped photo looks like the grey tones on the President’s coat are off. The reason for this is that a rectangular section was selected and flipped to make the buttons on the coat appear to be on the right side.
5 The final touch at the yellow arrow was simply selecting the lapel pin and pasting it on the other lapel and then shading in the area of the right lapel with a sample of the grey color from that area.

It's a fact that most left handers are prone to criminality and alcoholism. But what concerns me is doing business overseas with left-handers. In countries where they haven't invented toilet paper and modern conveniences, these people still wipe after defecation with their left hand, which they then use to sign business contracts!! This is why I don't like to travel to Central Europe and the Middle East. We ought to just invade these countries, occupy and re-educate just as a matter of basic hygiene.
