Re: Please pray for a tsunami/earthquake/volcano to strike Reykja
Funny, the way you talk as if you have any idea what's in the Bible, when you clearly have not:
Deuteronomy 13:12-17:
If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying, Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known;
Then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you;
Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for the LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again.
So, it clearly is allowed to commit genocide as punishment for iniquity of a nation. Ever heard of the Book of Joshua?
And seeing that all my prayers are taken straight from Scripture, your comments about the Bible not allowing for these very prayers becomes rather silly, to say the least.
Unsaved trash always behave in similar ways, that is true. Likely, he will soon announce to leave this forum, only to scutter back in terror as soon as Jesus shakes the iceblock you live on a little.
Well, I've noticed two or three people on these forums lately who came from Iceland but repented and accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
God likes that, and gives you another chance. However, as these people leave and come to Freehold, as many of them have announced to do, your quota of righteous people will fall again below the Sodom-Standards God introduced in agreement with Abraham:
Genesis 18:23-32:
And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?
That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.
And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the LORD, which am but dust and ashes:
Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it.
And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty's sake.
And he said unto him, Oh let not the LORD be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.
And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the LORD: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake.
And he said, Oh let not the LORD be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake.
You see? God is merciful. Apparently, a sinner repented and accepted Christ a few days ago, which brought the number of righteous people in Iceland above 10. As soon as one of them leaves, however, volcanic activity will increase again.

You are just coming to a point that everyone comes to sooner or later when reading the posts from those physchos.

Status of Volcano eruptions: The eruptions are fading out with zero deaths recorded. Maybe God doesn't listen to you ppl after all (especially when you pray like....yup...nuff said), try to shout the next time.
