Correction: we are even better than the Pharisees:

Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed [the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

As you can see, Jesus wants us to exceed Pharisees in righteousness. That's exactly what we are doing here.

He has read the Bible, you did not. He agrees that a True Christian should try to ban this game. He then choses NOT TO BE A CHRISTIAN.


He makes a choice, an informed one. He is still going to Hell, but is his choice.


You, on the other hand, keep on bringing boring stuff about characters on that game. We are not going to play it, not our sons, and we will try to ban it. Because that is being a Christian. Sometimes is being a jerk, sometimes is being racist, homophobic, women hitter, child hitter. Sometimes a murederer if the law allows it.

I'm not sure you have hear of the 10 Commandments either. There is a commandment that says "Thou Shall Not Kill", and I'm not sure you've heard of it.

You might not be aware of it, but there are many more commandments in the Bible on top of the 10 you are referring to. Like, 600 more.

There are many instances when God orders His followers to kill other people. Here are just a few examples (more will be provided upon request):

Exodus 32:27-28
27 And he said unto them, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbour.
28 And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses: and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.

Deuteronomy 7:2-5
2 And when the Lord thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:
3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.
4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.

Yes, I have learnt something. I have learnt how stupid a person can be. I mean you, if it was not clear enough. Please don't take it personal, I mean you are stupid in how you read the Bible. I don't know how you perform other actions in your life, so I really don't know if you are this stupid all the time.


God sent His people to kill many times. If God asks me to kill someone, I will. Even if he commands me to kill my son. Or haven't you read that part of the Bible? I supposse you have, but you choose carefully what to quote, in order to do what is called "confirmation bias". You FIRST form a thought in your mind about what it is to be a Christian, and THEN you choose what to select and what to ignore.


It is a fallacy. A big one.


This is one of the things I like the most about the Bible. It forbids to kill by your own will. but it allows to kill in the name of God. That puts some order, otherwise it will be chaos.


Do you know what is the punishment for murder in the Bible? No, guess again:


Exodus 21:12
“He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death.”



This verse shows the logic of killing in the Bible in the clearest way: you cannot kill, and if you do, you have to be killed.
By whom? Is not this punishment another killing, and so this second killing should be punished by another killing, and so on and so forth until no one is alive, but one person?


The answer is: the second killing is asked by God to execute His will on Earth. So killing in the name of God is ok.

Greetings Lotso. I make you welcome here even though I am not a member but I am African and American though perhaps not the kind of African American you are talking about. I am Trevor McGregor late of Kingston which is in Jamaica which is part of America. I am one of the Africans robbed by the white man to slave in Babylon. As far as I know there are currently no Black people from the country of America who are involved with this web site. I alone carry the banner of liberation and complaint about 400 years of white oppression of the Black man.


That said these are not bad white people as white people go. They are racist against the Black man but all white people are racist. They do lack enlightenment about the plight of the Black man and I have been trying to help them to understand their part in the destruction of African civilization even as I undertake a study of them as part of my education.


The white people will be more welcoming if you tell them a little about yourself. Like all white people they are nervous and hostile around strangers so if you talk to them a little they will warm to you. Are you a Black man like me?

But we ARE sure about the damage this game has caused. Read The Bible correctly? Just 9 posts back there was a very clear passage from The Bible addressing EXACTLY the issue Person21 was grizzling about. Couldn't even pay attention that long. No-one's saying you have to agree with The Bible, billions don't after all, and those people would criticise God's message in that case. But to do that you'd at least have to read SOME of it and a pertinent passage was right there on the screen!!

Is there any hope? What happens when these sub-rational types start making life decisions? Thinking they are plastic they would see no reason not to stand in front of trains due to their amazing bendiness but in reality their world is made of glass and they will shatter at the least touch of reality.
