That sounds like a septimal interval, known to heathens as the "blue" 7th. Produced by brass instruments but whether it's a B-flat would depend on the register of the thing I suppose. Also appearing as septimal 3rds (major & minor) and seemingly adored by blues singers, these intervals are inseparable from voodoo and express the anguish they feel in lives divorced from Christ.

People who sing blue notes, or generate them with trumpets, are indistinguishable from the savage lusts and lewd gyrations which typify all pop music. The anguish of the heathen in turn is plain to see, the inevitable result of lifestyles dedicated to dream fetishes or 96 hour back-to-back elektronica debauches or very popular these days accompanied by brass and whatever goes on in darkened areas of the marquee (most of it) I don't want to know!

I suppose there are tricks to get different intonations:

..but slice it where you like HELL is all you gonna get. All pop music is demonic for this reason, that the "blue" notes express an inner torment. Torment coming from demons to bring us down. Down. Down. Down.

Torment made flesh in the savage lifestyle, in heathen sensibilities, in every dive and disco.

And there all shiny o'er gin-sodden carpets flies the trumpet, oozing blue insinuations, giving voice to anguish where Christ would lift us up.

      Greetings and Salutation to everyone,
I have been reading what been written on this site and those commenting in this forum, so to gain an understanding of both sides. Now I am a believer in Jesus Christ, I am saved by faith in him, and his blood washed away my sins, so I have read the information provided by both side, and looked them all up in the king James bible, and am a little lost as to how you all have come to the conclusions you wrote, I agree that there are demonic music out and I would not be surprised to learn that is some rap and rock a roll, but I am curious as to how you know that all things you are saying are true and not just an opinion. Evil and sin are usually a lot more obvious to a believer in Christ, because it can be fun, I won't lie, but I am having a difficult time agreeing with you all, the scriptures provided by this site are not a definite proof, because the only way to know if something is a actual fact in scriptures, is by correlating it with other scriptures, else you may fall prey to having an false impression of the true meaning, I honestly see an opinion more then an actual fact. And just because I know that most words will be taken out of context, I will add this, nothing anyone says will change my salvation in Jesus Christ, point in fact no one man has the true authority to make that judgement. I am not for or against this site as of yet, I have seen the evil of this world and know of the power that sin has over us, I am not oblivious to the effects of music, but I a little curious as to where exactly in scripture you find your evidence to back up your statements.

        Sister Farrier,

The homo font you used suggests that you must be a female - well, that and your incessant rambling, since a man would have said what he had to say and then moved on quickly.

If you are a true seeker of Christ's wisdom, don't ask US to prove what we believe. Indeed you'll find that the vast majority of our members provide scriptural backup to their statements because we believe the Bible is THE source of ALL knowledge. (2 Timothy 3:16-17) We are by no means anti-music. We have an entire thread dedicated to repurposing secular music and inserting Biblical, spiritual lyrics in place of the devil-inspired words of the original artists, many of whom are known devil worshippers (Marilyn Manson, Anne Murray, Ozzy Osbourne, Cher, and the infamous Vanilla Ice). Our duty as True Christians (tm) is to teach and lead others in the ways of Christianity (2 Timothy 2:2). If we just let people listen to their Crocodile Rock and their Sugar Sugar, we will have to answer to Jesus Himself one fateful day (Matthew 12:36).

I pray fervently that you will relinquish your judgmental ways, for although it is not my duty to judge you, it is my duty to judge your actions (1 Corinthians 6:2-3). May you find the reality that is full and unfettered Christianity one day soon.

Hello and to our Godly forum!

I have been reading what been written on this site and those commenting in this forum, so to gain an understanding of both sides.
          How thoughtful of you!

We try to support everything we say with the Holy Bible. Occasionally, we also listen to good Christian authorities, such as Pat Robertson:

Evil and sin are usually a lot more obvious to a believer in Christ, because it can be fun, I won't lie, but I am having a difficult time agreeing with you all, the scriptures provided by this site are not a definite proof, because the only way to know if something is a actual fact in scriptures, is by correlating it with other scriptures,
Are you accusing us of taking the Scripture out of context?

else you may fall prey to having an false impression of the true meaning, I honestly see an opinion more then an actual fact.
Please feel free to engage in a discussion, and please do not forget to cite the Bible often and thoughtfully. You see, we are not interested in your opinions, just in God's opinions as expressed in the Holy Bible.

And just because I know that most words will be taken out of context, I will add this, nothing anyone says will change my salvation in Jesus Christ, point in fact no one man has the true authority to make that judgement.
So no one man has the true authority to make the judgment whether you are saved or not. That is a fine opinion, but I would like to note that you are a man and therefore according to your own opinion, you have no authority to say whether you are, indeed, saved, or just another sinner on his way to Hell.

I am not for or against this site as of yet, I have seen the evil of this world and know of the power that sin has over us, I am not oblivious to the effects of music, but I a little curious as to where exactly in scripture you find your evidence to back up your statements.
The Bible says that we should abandon worldly things (1 John 2:15), and non-Christian music belongs in that realm. In fact, I have a strong suspicion that most artists are more interested in praise of men than in praise of God (John 12:43). God does want us to sing Christian songs, as that joyful noise pleases God (Psalm 71:23, Psalm 95:1, Psalm 105:2, Psalm 104:33, Colossians 3:16, Ephesians 5:19).

          I hope that was helpful.

First and foremost, I made an honest observation of what I saw, and asked an honest question, by which you gave me no relevant scripture for, to support your opinion, the scripture you provided, excellent though they may be, do not answer my question. As for the attempted insult in calling me a women, you put your own judgement and character into question, and what said about women, I, as a men find very disrespectful and in poor taste.

In order to insult me, I have value your opinion, but it was a nice try though.

                Basilissa,

My first reply was to BrotherLarry, and I will now reply you to your message.

First and Foremost, thank you for your polite response, in answer to your question,
yes I do believe some members on this site our taking the scriptures out of context, But I am willing to discuss this, because as a believer in Jesus Christ, I believe it is important to stand firm together in truth without division.

As to my fine opinion of man's authority, first it was not an opinion, by following John 3:16-17 I am saved by Christ, I made that statement of man's authority, to clarify that only the person who accepts Christ and Jesus Christ will know if you are actually saved, no third party can make that judgement, that was all I wanted to imply.

Now, to your statement of abandoning worldly belongings, that would be a difficult task, because your car, your house, your clothing are also worldly belonging, but it would make no sense to get rid of all these thing, as it would impact your ability to live and discuss Jesus Christ with others, but for clarity, I do not loves the things of this world more then Christ, but I do enjoy living in this world to some degree lol. Thank you for taking the time to answer my message, and if you want to continue I look forward to your response.

                Sincerely,
                Farrier88

Hello dear, and welcome to our friendly forums! How interesting you accuse the Holy Ghost of lying to the OP, Bob4God as an introductory post to a church community. As you can see, his Salvation has been confirmed by the only church that can guarantee such a thing, rendering his opinion about the matters of faith and morals particularly trustworthy. The Lord thy God has shaped Bob4God's opinions through the special relationship he has with the Holy Ghost and Jesus, who are the same but not really, which is kind of a double whammy with regards to being right, but I digress. If Bob4God was wrong, Jesus would have pruned him from His Vine/Self as He threatens (and He makes good on His threats), but that has not happened and so the evidence speaks against you. Tell us, does this often work, whatever it is you're trying to do by accusing good people of being foolish enough to believe a lying ghost, holy as this one is?

And where exactly did I call anyone a liar?. Please show me where I disrespected or was bearing false witness against anyone or anything. My faith is to Jesus Christ and only him, I am curious as to why I am reprimanded and BrotherLarry can say what ever he feels like, regardless if it is Christ like or not. And to be clear you are not my betters, that is extremely prideful thing to say, and I do not regret anything I said at all, give me 1000 infractions, it will not change the truth.

You see, Jesus Christ promises that he who abides in Him, will in turn be abiden in by Him. That person will bear much fruit. Furthermore, he who does not abide in Christ will be cut off, pruned, tossed in the fire, so long ding-dong, good riddance to bad garbage (John 15:4-6). As our dear, esteemed OP has not been tossed into the fire but has instead been continually blessed by Christ, you are accusing Christ to be a liar, or else the Holy Ghost is for having guided Bob4God maliciously and taught him falsehoods (John 14:26).

Although I suppose, in order to give you the benefit of the doubt, you might simply believe Jesus is ignorant or incapable of doing what He said He would do. Is that it, dear? You believe Jesus doesn't really mean what He says in the Holy Bible?

You have already illustrated yourself to be ignorant of the mind and will of the very God you profess to have faith in, despite his thoughts having been painstakingly yet conveniently written down in a collection of letters, poems, histories, legal documents, called The Holy Bible. You'll be patient while we discern just what you do believe. Don't be hostile, friend, this is for your own good. You'll thank us later. I promise.
