    Hello everyone

    I am a former Catholic whose only goal in what is left of my sinful life is to serve Jesus. I did some homework on your fine Church. I have found this verse below to be a favorite because I had some valid questions about my faith and this is what I have been asking myself and the Catholic Church.


    2 Corinthians 6:14-17

    14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

    15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

    16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

    17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
    While I was cleaning my home, some realizations came to my mind, I was lost, i needed to find Christ and I also wanted to be a member of a Bible preaching Church. So fast forward to today, i found Christ and here I am ready to do the Lord's work.

    A provisional welcome to Landover Baptists. The delay in a reply has been caused by the complexity of background checks, which are not yet complete - a siren keeps going off but this might simply be a fault with the software. Anyway, you will understand this delay in view of your quoted verses.

    In the meantime, did you leave the church of the vicar of Rome, or were you excommunicated?

      I left the church of the vicar of Rome. As far as the delay in responding, it is very much understandable. No point in taking chances if you don't have to.

          Thank you, ma'am, for your kind welcome. You are absolutely right, It was unfathomable when I took a real honest look at what I was doing with my life. Again, thank you for your well wishes and I know some are going to be understandably skeptical of my sincerity given my wretched past.

              If you are free from catholicism you've been released just in time. Jesus is returning very soon and Romish heretics will fare badly. None will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The passage you chose is reflected in Revelation where the Babylonian origins of papal creeds are set out together with a prophecy of what is happening right now. These are included in a doyley set I've made for embroidery. Simply print out and give to your wife who will be only to happy to embroider them for you.




              By clicking the graphic a slightly smaller version is available suitable for printing on tissue paper. These will remind you what priests and nuns are trying to drag you back into when they come knocking. Satan is their master and they will serve him any way necessary to get you back.

                      Hello and to our Godly forum! You seem like a very nice fellow, I look forward to reading more of your contributions.

                      I particularly like the verse you chose to share as your favorite. Many fluffy bunny false Christians frown upon the idea of shunning - yet in these verses Paul is clear: staying away from infidels is the best way of preventing corruption of our own minds.

                          Just a bit of a heads up, if you have a few free days in the summer. Jason and Sarah will be running their annual youth camp Faithful Soldier School of Evangelism . Exact dates have yet to be announced but it would be a great opportunity for you to get some hands on experience with the younger members of the Church.


                          Bible reading, Adult Baptism role plays, Bible verse treasure hunts, Stoning sinners 101 are just some of the activities available.


                          If you have children there is some sort of family discount. If not, then you can come as an adult volunteer. From the web page, you need to "
                          Bring bedding, pillow, pen, towel, Bible, notebook, a snack to share, a mind to learn, and a heart to serve!"

                          Jason Storms has come such a long way. Since accepting Christ as his Savior, he has transformed from a drug addicted, sex addicted homeless deviant to the Man he has become ... a Messenger for God, and has become entrusted with the earthly care of the Spiritual Needs of the young (preferred age 13 - 22).


                          Jason has achieved so much, and has turned so many towards Christ in his time at MercySeat.

                            Hello Phil,


                            Thank you for letting me know. I have no doubt that the experience at camp would do Vinnie a lot of good. He just turned 13 this past December. Mrs. Coreleone would definitely enjoy the stoning sinners 101 activity. She's very submissive with me, but, unsaved trash would not stand a chance with her. As a matter of truth, she asked me to put up a practice range in the back yard just so we can work on our throwing as a family.

                              Thank you for your gracious welcome, sir. Yes i have Pecan Pie now and again. The Coreleone family you might be thinking of is originally from Sicily and moved to Jew York many years ago. Very bad decision on their part! How much would a houseboy from overseas cost? I was thinking of getting one for me and the family.
